Me encanta tu trabajo. Lo haces de forma que parece sencillo. Pero tengo una duda, cuando usas un tenedor punta de diamante, al coser dos caras con la carne por dentro, la forma del agujero cambia, es decir, una de ella está girada. Como lo solucionas?. Gracias

Perforé el agujero de adentro hacia afuera, por lo que la piel de la cubierta se volteó de adentro hacia afuera para obtener el mismo orificio.
