It’s so hard to find a simple candy making video, some people talk over or have music which is cool but the original sounds of candy making is just soothing:)

You know that has to be a work out pulling and rolling that candy. It's so satisfying. I just wish he would give me a little piece. 😋

It's also rather hot. If the candy ever completely cools, the sugar will crystalize and the whole thing will harden. I've watch more than a few videos of people making candies like this, and a lot of them will use heat resistant gloves. Of course, if you make this kind of thing long enough, eventually your hands will become numb to the heat.

It is amazing how long the candy stays soft. When I make caramel it hardens within a minute.
