    I called it my 'dance like nobodies watching' since i was teenager and since I went on a hatha yoga path and did asanas,.afyer some years they started to be more fluid and slow 😊

    Kriyas in the form of spontaneous mudras can occur anytime regardless of whether one is relax or not.

    Advice to ppl goin through it. U must let the kundalini move every day. I stand and meditate and the kundalini becomes a sort of movement exercise. If i listen to music and stand the kundalini dances. Wen i meditate seated it moves and shakes me alot at the moment in my head and chest. If u dont let it move it builds up and then it will happen at the rong times like wen u holding a cup of tea...so let it move everyday

    I dont have this problem. My Kundalini hums and i knw when it must move and i allow it to move when i choose. Its changed and my hands control my body in a coded language. I see lights...like sparks suddenly. I recently saw the future in a vision. Jus knew wot some1 close to me was doing without being with them. I suffer wit an inability to eat alot and i do have fatigue at times which is very difficult when it happens. My tolerance for normal life is jus becoming less and less. I prefer to be alone.

    ❤️🙏 One way to divide The kriyas is in two : jerky type, .... and controlled type, movements. In The controlled ones, "body wisdom" is treating the body, and the blockages , as needed. The more jerky type, are often due to strong energy flow, hitting a blockage...(usually a bottle neck type blockage... which is like a burst of heavy fast traffic, suddenly "hitting" a narrow strech of the street...or like a kinck in a water hose which makes it jerk.) (One can also say this issue is caused by acsess of air element.) (Of course, a not perfectly aligned posture, can also be the cause for a bottle neck blockage.) Anyway...When it happens, or right before the jerk arise, it helps to: " make sure not to stop breathing". intentionally continue to breathe, normally. avoid the natural, sub conscious tendency response to hold your breath. If you REALLY don't want the jerk (maybe because it disturb the stability, and continuity of your concentration...), Then your sub conscious wisdom may quickly learn, and adopt the habit of continued breathing. ❤️🙏

    Shanti. May I ask, do these Kriya’s come with particular qualities of mind? Senses on receive and Inclusive? Less attachment to mental constructs? Is it more likely to occur at night? Does it ever arise as no sleep? Bowing deeply for any insight here. NamasteJi, Stephanie

    Does anyone have these weird weird jaw movements? Constantly? I feel like my whole skull and jaw is being restructured. The eyes rolling, gag reflexes, strange strange sounds. It feels like an exorcism lmao.

    Yes. After movement of jaw I started with breathing. And first warm up with low and high sound. At the end many strange unknown words is coming. I got very relaxed after the kriyas of the whole body and at the end making sound. I do it after sleeping when I am relaxed. One have to accept it and know that all is for balancing or alignment for higher frequences in the body.

    Dude, yes! My jaw kriyas are fairly constant and extreme. Chattering, shaking, moving, swaying. Holding certain positions. Shaking my shoulders violently and inhaling. But the loving energy I feel inside is telling me this is healing and true.

    Am at a stage where the shake up and crazy body movements stopped and now its a body dance where mudras are done by itself which feels like electric currents magnets on the fingers, elbows etc making those happen. There is a electric expansion and contraction of the field etc which is fine, but I don't get the end game with that? Because I feel it in that void, but after I feel like there is no effect of it so I question what is the point of it? I get that there is some emotional and physical stabilising benefits that it supposed to do but I don't seem to experience it or feel the effects of it after I open my eyes and go to basic daily things. What is the point of it all? Is there a point to continue it or is it just a placebo etc. Would like to hear an oppinion on this. All the best. Namaste 🙏

    Perhaps the ballet dancer Nijinsky's dance movements was nothing but spontaneous kriyas.

    I have had intense ( scary) jerks in the brain and spine for the past 3 months with severe to mild swaying ( not seen outside) making me go sleepless manytimes. A day was also when lights burst open in my head, but the vibrations are now more in the head and are quite uncomforting. I have almost stopped my spiritual practice as I simply can't continue. Also, my face looks anything but blissful? Can you help?

    Learn how to practice a tongue Mudra , with your breathing . Sounds like you have a pooling of energy uncirculated . Place the tip of your tongue to the middle of the lump just forward from the soft palate on the roof of your mouth . This activates dormant bio-Circuitry within your body and allows energy to flow in a circular manner . If you feel sparks even don’t worry it’s natural , but learning how to hold your tongue in that position by using a slight suction of the tongue to the roof of the mouth , with the tongue tip to the middle of that lump will work wonders for you , and allow energy to flow up through the pineal and pituitary glands awakening dormant brain cells and circulate in the body’s central circuit . If you are ready , try combining the tongue Mudra with the “ breath of Light Technique “ to really get your internal dynamo cranking , and accelerate your development even more 🙏. Eternal Light

    @@Views3699 what u need to do is stand and meditate. Let kundalini take over. This has helped me so much to circulate kundalini. If u listen to music...kundalini will dance wen u stand..listen to indian classical or any pure unstrumental music from anywhere in the world. Its so amazing and it keeps u fit too. Mudras during meditation helps too. It focuses energy on a task so u wont shake all over...jus mainly the hands in the mudra. Do qi gong. It rly rly helps unblock. Chek out master shi hen yi. He teaches qi gong on youtube.
