Handling Anxiety God's Way (Part 2) - Curtis Chang
Curtis Chang dealt with anxiety for a long time before the pressure became too much and he experienced a mental breakdown that led him to change his mentality. He learned that anxiety is not just a problem to solve. Although it can be difficult and painful, it can also lead to powerful spiritual growth.

Thank you for these very insightful and executable discussions 🙏 I am also grateful to see an Asian American speaker on focus on the family 😅
This is an answer to prayer for me and my daughter. Thank you so much.
So useful thank you
I recently had a anxiety 😰 attack and straight to Panic Attack. I later figured out what caused it, planned moms 83rd bday gathering. My finances to cover costs did not come through. Had to cancel last minute. Very Embarrassing had to cancel, last minute
Thank you for this information
If anxiety is fear, what is the fear of a family member who has bullied you and now you tighten up when there is a text from them? What is the fear name? I have enjoyed these 2 days of talk. Thank you

I think the fear and reality would be that they might bully you again. And that it is a broken relationship.

It's about identifying the fear at that point, which is a healthy thing. But if you're like me, identifying the fear causes me anxiety. In your instance It may likely be fear that they will control and or abuse you again.
