I can't wait for your next video when you are warping your loom. I made a wooden loom almost like yours. My husband is welding me a steel one because the wooden one takes up a lot of room. I have made a small carpet which I learned how to do by watching different videos online... many of them are in languages which I cannot understand at all being an English speaking person in Canada. I see someone else made a comment from the US about not having the right wool... I experience the same problem The wool here is for knitting and not carpet making. I wish there was some way to get wool shipped here. Same with the Cartoons... we have nothing here because nobody makes hand knotted carpets here. I did manage to get the tools from a carpet dealer in Vancouver BC. Thank you for the time you put into your youtubes. They are so helpful.

For a metal one it is better to make an elbow handle to change shed, there was a video on it before. It's much easier to chenge shafts with it, and I prefer that one, but do far use the wooden one

@@HandicraftsAz Thank you for your response. you mention an elbow handle for the metal loom, and then you say how it looks but I don't see a link to the picture of it. Also, how much does one skein of wool cost that you show on your video.
