The spirit of the forest must have felt uplifted to the heavens. I feel transported when I listen to you play this composition on the marimba. Extraordinary!!

Wonderful! I am curious: did you actually record outdoors? But then how could you filter out other sounds? Or if you recorded indoors, then how to synchronize so accurately when playing later outdoors?

My guess is she is so incredible ackurate, she played the piece 10-20 times and it almost perfectly lined up with the studio recording. Or alternatively used hided monitors like you would normally do for music videos. The editing job is amazing and really ties it together well. There's some trick you can do in post production like changing to a close up or wide/drone shot where a slight miss match is less obvious and in worst case slowing/speeding it up the frames. But I think they didn't have to go that far.

@@C.D.Percussion Interesting! There was only one place where I thought I heard a bar when all 4 mallets were in the air, but maybe my eyes were just slow to see the attack. Very impressive way to showcase the music with the trees and water surrounding her like that.
Est-ce qu'il y a quelque chose qu'elle ne saurait pas jouer ? ^^
i suppose the instrument is a marimba, but this word is not mentioned
