Hi David have been having trouble sleeping and last few evenings I played three of your 15 minute videos It was like having a full reflexology session. When I follow videos I work slowly , when I do it by myself I tend to rush it. Have slept really well the last few nights . Thank you .

For the neck please

I injured the ligaments on my left elbow. it's 4 months and not improving. Doctor prescribed anti inflammatory tablets, but I'm not keen to take them. She also advised chiropractic treatment. Can Reflexology work? Please help!

As a reflexologist, we would work the prostate reflex in tandem with the adrenals (to help with inflamation).

Hi Daisy. Reflexology does indeed improve blood flow - so should be able to help with your cold legs and hands. There is also a specific sciatic reflex, so a good Reflexologist should be able to help with your pain too.

Not nice having this tension is a understatement when it has brought me to tears. i feel some relief from doing this , i definably need more, thank you My question if you care to respond,, do you have a technique for the chest / ribs waist that seems to effect my upper traps. thank you
