Just a little announcement for animal lovers!
In August 2017, the Governor of Puerto Rico contacted Elephant Refuge North America (ERNA) to build an elephant barn. and requested that it receive Mundi, a 34-year-old female African elephant. For the past 29 years Mundi has lived alone at the Puerto Rico Zoo.
ERNA’s South Georgia landscape and climate are tailor-made for elephants. As an elephant in the prime of her life, Mundi will flourish at this next generation of sanctuary. It will be the first time in her adult life that she will experience a habitat that allows her to live fully as an elephant. The same will be true for the elephants who follow her.
If anyone would like to donate for the barn, please see the link below! ;)

I'm not sure if I should be excited or dismayed that I've started watching paper marbling videos. This looks like something I could get addicted to if I give it a try.
Thank you Nik for sharing your work, your tries, even your fails... Thank you to be as brilliant as generous!
I love the third to the last! It evokes lying on your back in a forest, looking up through the trees. Beautiful.
Congratulations Nik! 20.001 suscriptores!! All marbled papers are so amazing. My favourite: green and gold. Thanks to you.

They are all fabulous Nik! I love them all!
I absolutely LOVE the two Spanish wave ones. The first one looks like sun rays coming from the top, down to the bottom left. Gorgeous!!!! If you don't want them, I do!!!!!! Keep up with the great work.
Great marbling work, will be trying again soon. Love your work.!
I applaud your scientific mind and your marbled dyed papers. You are very brave! I’m sticking with the shaving cream idea you taught me! They look great
after the first time I attempted paper marbling I used pieces of the ones that I didn't like to much to make "frankenpages"...and they really looked cool with other scraps....they are all beautiful Nik...so many possibilities ....thanks for sharing. Love and hugs from North Carolina
Winner, winner Nik !! I think you have done great with your papers. Yes, definitely something I’ve always wanted to try and there you are ... showing us all how it’s done !!! You are definitely too picky cause you have some beautiful papers .. just be proud of yourself .

They are gorgeous Nik..even your fails were very cool.
So crazy!!! You said Happy Memorial Day, and I’m watching this Memorial Day weekend in 2022!!! Pure kismet!!!
These are so fabulous! I didn’t see any fails, they were all so interesting and pretty. I hope you cut up your fails for ATC backgrounds or some such. Maybe pass them on in happy mails? Because I promise we all love them. This makes me really want to try this! TFS! The black and gold really are gorgeous! Hugs, Kathy
I don't think there's a creative thing you can't do once you put your mind to it!! Well done
So, so pretty 😍 Even your so-called 'misses' are definitely hits!👌
I have decided to follow you, because you're very cool. And all your prints turned out great, what you've say about them is true. People work hard to get all those effects. Well done! Love the fact you jump right. That's the heart of a true artist.
Awesome Nik! Can't say that I hate any of them. I'm envious of your work...nice job.
I just love elephants and any positive news is good for me. Long life Mundi in her habitat. Your marbled papers are so unique - angel wings (I can see swans in the paper, just gorgeous) The gold/green/black is just divine and the white/grey/gold marbled look is stunning. Can't wait to see them added in your journals. Thanks for sharing.
Artistaaa!!!parece magia asombroso!!quedaron los papeles preciosos!!parece muy divertido!!❤️
I love these SO much!!
Your so funny. I can see your soap swirling is coming in handy. Lol. I think they ALL turned out great. Even the ones your not crazy about are still great.
I love the angel wing patterns. The first light one was so dainty and delicate.
OMG these are GORGEOUS!
Hey Nik. Very cool marbled paper. You definitely had me rockin' out at the beginning. ☮️
These are gorgeous! And I’m a big fan of the ‘heavy metal marbling’! Your vids are great...tfs xx
Lovely! Super cool! Love Love Love!
WOW!!! Every single one of them is absolutely beautiful. I wish I could do this. I want to do this. I will do this some day. Love, love, love them all.
What gorgeous papers you have made. I have purchased handmade marbled papers and these look just as good. My first marbling technique was almost 15 years ago with shaving cream. My last marbling technique was nail polish in water. A much smaller job, but it turned out nice for tags and ATC’s. I will have to look into this technique as it is much more useful. Thanks for sharing and I can’t wait to see your future projects using this technique.
LOVE your papers! I visited Peggy Skycraft's studio during an open house years ago... it just fed my love of marbling and other paper decorations! I bought some cut-offs - edges that were removed to make the dimensions she needed. I still am fascinated with them! You are having way too much fun! Keep on filming your adventures!!!
I like the way you use the marbled paper on the inside of the journal, I think the results are quite good for a starter.
I agree with the others who commented: all of the papers are just beautiful, but I actually liked the grainy ones the best! Thanks for sharing, can't wait to try the technique.
Really pretty Nik I like the little bits of black! tyfs
Well done on the milestone 😀 love your random stuff xx
Nik, your just to hard on yourself they are all beautifull, you put in a lot of hard work with your craft and you show us some really great ideas thank you.
I think they are all beautiful!
Such a fun thing to do I'm sure. I look forward to doing this.
I love that book and thank you for keeping it in tact, I wish we had a recycle place.
These papers are beautiful.
Love your set-up!
THESE PAPERS ARE LOVELY-I REALLY LIKE THE ANGEL ONES-HAVE A BLESSED DAY
these are so beautiful! Even the grainy and muddy ones look really nice! Been watching a few videos on marble paper and I just absolutely love this technique and can't wait to make my own and let the paint decide what it wants to be :D
I LOVE marbled paper!! TFS. Hi from Belgium!
The best thing about art and craft is the experimenting. And it's ALL GOOD!!
Beautiful papers, all of them, your awesome
Hi Nik, I love your videos! Yesterday I followed your tutorial on how to make a journal and mine came out great!
Wow- I even like the ones you don't like. I absolutely love the one on green paper. They are great!
Nik I there are two you called a fail but I swear I saw two angels in them. Love all of your work.
I think these are all awesome, but I do understand about the grainy paint, not being desirable. You are always entertaining!
I've been wanting to try this! Thanks for the inspiration. AND thanks so much for the info on the elephant sanctuary at the bottom! We're in Tallahassee, so that's just up the road from us! So happy to know that's happening there!
These look great!
Even the ones you call fail are beautiful and can be used for something - cards, tags, bookmarks - whatever!
Wow, I really like your works of art. Excellent job! Thanks for sharing it, greetings from Cancun, Mexico.
Nice project ... cool outcome
As a person who does abstract painting ( Jackson Pollack style) I love all of them! Right up my alley! Now I need to do this lol
Absolutely gorgeous. I actually went on Google to see how it's made Fabulous video. Then I came upon yours. Bravo. Oh my goodness. It's all Fabulous. Me too. I learn better by doing. Love angel wings. Ohhh my word you certainly did become better. Oh goodness the yellow is great. Thanks for the video. Pinks and purples are my fav
The papers you describe as “just ok” at around 9:30 are freakin AWESOME! My faves so far. Reminds me of feathers
Right, that is something I'm definitely going to do. That my girl, is absolutely going to be so addictive. Fantastic. Congratulations on your Subs.x
Awesome results...
They look great! I love how there are some you didn’t like - said they were a fail - but I look at it and think, ohh nice ❤️ 😆
I guess I need new glasses because I saw gorgeous marbled papers! All beautiful!!! Fails, really? LOVE this video!!! Tfs
Wow! This is so cool! Love these papers. tfs
Love it nik!
I love all your 'fails'!
I LOVE every single one of these papers! Some of your fails are my extreme favorites! The more subtle coloredones are more pleasant on the eyes than the very bright ones. For this being your first session at hand marbling, you prove you're an excellent artist!!! TFS!!! BTW, around 30 years ago, I tried marbling on liquid starch. Had many successes. Wondering if it would be cheaper doing it your way, or mine. I'll have to check it out, lol.
So cool loved this
I’d love to see a version of this that takes me through the process step by step. Thanks.
I don’t think there is one that I didn’t like! Super cool!
They were all awesome.... I loved the blue and pinky ones the best and the angel wing pattern was very cool xx This is our Spring Bank Holiday weekend here in UK so we were off work here too and Half term break from school for the children for this week as well. Yayyyy!! 😊😊😊
Nik your so funny!!!😂 I love them all.
Beautiful papers.
Congrats on 20K! I liked all of them. My faves were the gray ones at the end. The grainy ones were so different. Reminds me of a pixelated print. Wonder what would happen if it got too cold...maybe provide texture. Keep playing!
Oh god, I knew I shouldn't of clicked on this vid...now I want to make all these beautiful papers....LOL! Great vid, absolutely love all you created... TFS.. :)
Beautiful papers, btw. I've always wanted to marble paper too!
Not sure I would call any of these as failures, they all look great. Sue 💜
Ooooh. I like them ALL.
Beautiful!
Super cool!!
I am still in the learning phase with this type of art, I did learn early on though that it's important to soak, paint your paper with Alum sulfate, this will grab the color and go POW...I have yet to experiment, but I will do that to my paper first! Thank you for your exploration, I am learning a ton!
Awesome papers.
Really informative and fun! Very pretty papers! I've done this before but did not know there are actual designs you can do. TFS, Nik!

Did I miss something? Where is the voice over? It’s not as informative as if she had narrated. How did she prepare the water? When did she add the alum … This is a fail as far as sharing a technique.
This GREAT...LOVE..you did it again...Hugs...
love, love yr stuff... please continue with more, xxjudith
I love them all. I love most of your fails. Perhaps I don’t know enough about marbling to be a critic.
They are all awesome.........
Well. So slick Rambo. I had forgotten to comment earlier that I really like your choice of music for your videos. Should have said that much earlier. Those papers are all so fantastic. Definitely going to do that one sunny day. Great video. Thanks for the showing us how to do that. Could you do it again? So exciting to have all those papers for collage.
