I have a baby fox that comes to my house everyday and he is so gentle! He is very patient and while I'm in the kitchen prepping his food he just sits outside in my back yard. I called him Todd from Fox and the Hound. I really don't understand why people are scared of such beautiful, gentle animals.

We have foxes and I throw out the slop in the yard and if he beats the cats and the birds he can have it. I hate throwing food in the trash when so many people are hungry so I give it to nature.

Yes.

I give Foxes a wide berth as no matter how cute & sweet they appear, I respect that they are wild. An accidental bite or even scratch could wind up having serious consequences - many carry Rabies (even if they do not appear sick).

The fox bit was good, but I think your yard that merges into the woods is magnificent. Does it snow there? If so, it must look awesome.

I was going to say the same. Can imagine the wildlife coming through his/her yard is awesome.

I've fed a wild fox similarly and was amazed at the time. I also know of people taking in injured ones and keeping them as pets.

Seems like youtube is the only place I can go to find likeminded people. I feed my local foxes and love seeing them every evening. My neighbours are not very pleasant and one lady was seen chasing after one of them with her dogs. They're such amazing and gentle, sometimes cheeky, animals when you get to know them.

when i lived in my last place, we got moose & deer , bear & fox as well as all the little animals. I used to throw all kinds of food out in the woods & the fox loved it. they would bring their babies , the racoons did too.

I know some people don't like it when humans feed wild animals but I would do it. Wild animals do need help sometimes. But some cold people hate to admit that. Then they wonder why they need to feed on domestic animals like cats and dogs. I would feed away from human neighborhoods. But to each his own. Glad you fed this beautiful fox!

rockgollem Thing is though tigers can easily over power a human and when people hunt foxes for sport they obviously are warey of people and explains their timid behaviour as we are much larger and seen as a threat. Don't forget who's number 1 on the evolutionary food chain (Humans)

Totally agree. As a farmer I know foxes raccoons skunks coyotes and more are seen as pests and sadly disposed of. I dont agree with it , but its reality. One that is feral and approaches humans might be mistaken as having rabies. I love this video and liked it but I also know the cruelty of the human race. It's a sad world.

@@gw4451 yes will be better just the people to leave the food apart in their yards so the wild animals to eat it alone . Here also racoons ,foxes and other small animals ,maybe even coyotes are allowed to kill any time of the year
