EXACTLY. variety show skills are so overlooked when it comes to fans, but its SO IMPORTANT to be entertaining as a kpop idol and han is always at the top of his game at that, he's genuinely funny and interesting and skz themselves have said they feel kinda lost when he's not there bc he leads the conversation usually. we love our ace!!

Han Jisung is literally the living reason I ever got into Stray Kids, he caught my eye the minute I saw him on Back Door, he danced so well and just seemed to be enjoying being just- present. I stan a few groups but none of them, and I repeat, NONE OF THEM, has someone that looks as alive as Jisung does on stage. NONE OF THEM feel as genuine in the songs they write as this group and that is why, I will end this very long comment saying I thank being able to meet such a wonderful person like him.

Right! I was shocked to find out that Jisung has social anxiety because he is just so out there, confident, and lively on stage. It's mind-blowing. I don't have social anxiety, and I can't even do half as well as he does on stage.

I've been following skz since survival show era. And objectively speaking, other than 3RACHA, the others were still lacking a lot back then. It was pretty sad at first cause he kinda carry 30% of their performance alone back on the day and some stays were complaining so much over it. I mean he's in charge of rap, singing, and sometimes the dance brake too, and has the best stage presence back then while most of the members were still working to improve it. You literally can throw anything to Han and he'll be able to do it. Like Chan said, he's like a cheat key for SKZ to use lol. That's why the parts that other members refuse to do or can't do most of the time went to him. So it can't be helped that he had to carry the performance during their debut days. I'm just glad and happy with the members improvements, it took some of those responsibilities out of this kid's shoulder and make the team looks more balanced. And with their improvements, they started to gain recognation and attention too ^^

I agree. I have been following since I am you and at that point you could tell him and the rest of 3racha tbh were carrying the group. I am so glad they did. Last year I was talking to someone and I said skz could easily become the next bts in terms of popularity especially worldwide. Now I am thinking that is more true. With 3 of their members being fluent in English and them trying to make everything accessible to non korean speakers ( subs coming out quickly, most v lives having some part in English etc.) is allowing them to have massive global success. They also just feed us content constantly

Tbh this kid is the "textbook definition" of all rounder. He is not just 'able to do it' but he master it. He naturally born with talent, and he worked hard to sharpen his already gifted talent, so this is what he got, what we see today. No wonder, Chan said that Jisung is like Stray Kids "cheat key", he literally can do everything. The most obivous is what happend in 2019 when SKZ had to 'lost' their main vocalist, this kid kinda take the responsibility for vocal department (while his main area is in rapping), while at that time the vocal line still build their skill and confidence (as we can see in cle: levanter album, jisung almost being a full time vocalist)

He's always been great at facial expressions but with this performance he took it to another level

when jisung dances he has full control of his presence. he makes sure he blends in with the others during parts when the group are all doing the same thing (you can see those mostly in choruses), but when he's the one in the center he makes sure that HE'S the star, he makes sure the audience are looking at HIM. everyone in skz actually has a different dance style (ex.minho has a precise and clean movements, lix has more control over the lower body and goes aggressive on footwork, hyun kind of plays with his movements, for example he would pop really hard and locks the movement then does a really soft move.) Jisung has a very unique dance style too! sometimes he just rides on the music and creates a nonchalant and chill vibe, its like his movements are not intentional and his body is just moving along with the beats by itself. while sometimes jisung also goes really aggressive with movements, full of intent on them.(kind of how itzy yeji moves, full of power too) dude i can go on and on about how amazing of a dancer jisung is😭 i myself am a dancer, i've been dancing for 15 years now and gosh skz one heck of a talented group! i bet they could all pass as a main dancer if they're put in other groups. they have very very interesting dance lines and styles! I'm really hoping for more people to appreciate their dancing skills cause they're doing really great! anyways nice video!

@@kakashi675 I mean it's not necessary he has to right now..so they portably didn't...I believe they'll do it when they wanna, considering the creative freedom they have...and it's not like he doesn't have a lot of solo tracks...skz members and their division are really supportive when it comes to them releasing slolos, covers or dances...so maybe sth to look forward to in the future.

In my 9+ years as a kpop fan, I've never come across an idol who is THIS deserving being called an ace, who is this insanely talented, versatile and all-rounded. This video sums it up excellently but to add on, he's also an incredibly funny and natural entertainer with top notch variety skills, despite being an introvert. As Chan said, he's basically a cheat-key LOL, because what can't he excel at? He so quickly rose to the top of my ult list once I got to know Stray Kids more in depth.

Han learned to lower the tone of his voice by rap, he said that he had a lot of difficulties at first because his voice was very high, so he envied the deep voices of Felix and Changbin. While there are rappers with high voices like Han, they are rare, you will see more rappers with deep voices. He is good at changing the tones to highs and lows because he has always played with the tones of his voice.

I feel like he would sound absolutely stunning if he had low pitch lines, like felix. In the songs where his singing matches his natural voice, his voice has an excellent tonal quality. (like 6:23)

Everyone keeps saying how he's the most happy-go-lucky cheerful member. I think he's just the most cheerful LOOKING member. He's got a lot going on in the background.

I think part of why he's so good on stage is because he just *gets* what the music is about, so he feels the emotions and can portray them well.

Such a well-made video. When you said ACE of all aces, you are not wrong. In my more than 15 years of kpop, I have never seen an idol this good, when I first get to know SKZ, I was skeptical. As I dive deeper into their discography and live performances, I actually have seen a real ace. I actually thought he was SKZ's 'face' when I first get to know them until I actually learn there is no such thing as 'face' in SKZ. Boy is good. I hope he is always happy and healthy. I am already in my 30s and 19 is one of my most favourite SKZ songs.

Yeah, I'm 10 years into K-Pop. People throw the term 'ace' around so much when someone is just able to do all more than one role at an above average level. But Han is the first idol (imo) who really embodies what it means to be an ace. He isn't just 'good' at what he does. He excels at all of them. And not just two or three, he excels at rapping, singing, dancing, stage presence, songwriting/composition/producing. He literally does everything and he does everything with such extraordinary skill. Aaaand on top of all of that, the man looks good doing it. Before skz, I never even stanned a K-Pop group. I always liked certain groups and listened to their music and followed their careers, but I never stanned. SKZ is just so different, and I really hope all of them get the recognition that they deserve.

to be honest, skz in general are the aces of kpop. the fact they can all switch positions at any given moment is insane to me. i’m so used to seeing idols only doing well in one area that i’m continuously blown away by how talented all of skz is. they all sing, they all dance (really well too), they all sing. you don’t often get rappers that can sing or dance, so to see all THREE rappers getting main vocals in songs and dancers getting raps is seriously impressive. what makes han stand out so much is his absolute serious range. his singing is stable and really wide, his rapping is so good, and his dancing is also really good. the man is also super funny and has insane stage presence. i don’t say this for a lot of groups but ot8 seriously deserves every bit of recognition they get and even more.

I was so impressed with how clear and stable jisung was since his debut when I started watching their survival , I was actually shocked , it's almost rare in the industry even for those who debut as vocalists , having no experience with the mic would sometimes mean sounding a bit off , some shy out from letting their voices be heard but he was the opposite , it proves he has so much confidence in himself when he is on stage delivering live and it means this guy focuses and works on such aspects , it's not everyday we find someone who both can match their stage presence with their abilities to deliver live , he is confident enough even to twist the way he delivers his lines live compared to the recorded versions , it means he doesn't play safe , not a rapper that passes as a singer , I always refused to cage him like that , and he doesn't do well in one position and does okay in the others nope , the actual meaning of an ace , all of the positions he takes over are covered well , techniques and emotions , he both feels and does things by the book , as I said his stage presence is also special and linked to him only , he has an identity , moves and an energy that emits from him only which is not something we see often in young idols , I like jisung pronunciation so much , the way he says certain words stands out so much even while he is speaking he has the art of making words and speaking them mastered and it translates both on and off stage , I always see that he has a future in variety shows or hosting , he is such a smart entertainer

The thing I noticed about him first is that he genuinely loves what he does and when he is on stage he just seem to enjoy it so much

Let's not forget that Han is so talented that he wasn't even going to audition, but he did it with a friend and passed the first time

Jisung is also a (lead/main) dancer material! In their previous KD performance, he is mostly in the center. He showcased his dancing skills so well (with that introduction with Minho, in addition). If you also look at their dance performances from pre-debut-present, you could see how he improves his dancing skills. He also do dancing with Minho. His intro in ‘Easy’ wherein he danced with Danceracha is also considered as a proof. He is such an excellent dancer and I think we should talk about that more. + He is just so different from the others. And, the way he is EXTREMELY talented just makes me cry.

If you watch 3racha’s live performance of “Runners High”, it honestly shows how talented Jisung was early on. His rap flow in that performance is just so SKDKGMFKGN and not a lot of people have seen it and they SHOULD. Jisung deserves to be appreciated and this video rlly did him justice

JYP really is so lucky to have gotten Han Jisung in his company. Any company would PAY for an ace like him in their company and group.

i stan many groups and tbh he’s had some of the best raw vocals i’ve ever heard. when he just sings and it’s just his voice if i heard it without context i’d assume it’s prerecorded and cleaned up a bit, that’s how stable his tone and voice is. not to mention he’s in the top 10 fastest kpop rappers

Han is really the ace of aces Skz is the last group I started stanning (September 2020) and Jisung took my attention immediately I'm so happy I chose him as a bias, because eventhough I love the 8 members I can't even try to deny the fact that he's my ult and has a special spot in my heart, he honestly is one of the best not only is super talented at such young age but also is super adorable, sensitive, funny and well we all know that he is HANdsome

bruh i fucking LOVE when idols have fun on stage idk when they aren't totally rehearsed and genuinely enjoying themselves it kills me. when han makes faces at another member or fistbumps them or adlibs or boogies a bit when singing i just- it adds SO much to the performance for some reason.

Well, I am so new to them, what can I say; at first Jisung forced me to pay attention to him because he seemed to be everywhere and nowhere - rapping? singing? dancing? where/who are you? I easily spotted him rapping but then he was gone but still present, you know? Then, when I manage to spot him consistently, I was SO impressed by his skills, presence and huge eyes. However, I fell for him when I saw his enjoyment and expressions while dancing/performing. What-a-smile. What a way to express himself and his feelings. Thank you for this and for giving me all this information :)

Also, not only is he all of these amazing talents but he is such an amazing entertainer. He has such a quick witted mind. He is perfect for shows as well. He is also a mood maker in the group. He is all that and it’s wild to know that unless your in his comfort circle of friends or family that he is extremely shy. You could never know this just by watching him on tv.

Well, I'm new for SKZ. 1st time I saw him was one live clip, he was rapping in the opening part and I was ok- this guy is a rapper. Not that long he was singing chorus part like a main vocal, I was shook!! Then I checked many focus clips and found out that he is also a good dancer too!! Once Getting to know SKZ more, I noticed he being in group 3RACHA and producing their own songs, OMG!! what is this boy!!? Then after watching many variety shows- no doubt~ HE IS A REAL ACE!! By the way, the most surprise thing is not one of those things mentioned above but his selling skills is topnotch lol I've been watching Han's home shopping parts too many times and still LMFAO 😂😂😂 He's such a gold~~

I seriously agree of him being the ace of aces. Cause like I've seen a lot of all-rounder in every other groups but I'll say that this man is amazingly unreal. Throw everything that the others can't and he remarkably do it. It's amazing that he improve every damn time and he is so great while performing.. like even he is not your bias, your attention will just unintentionally drown on him.. he is so damn attractive. As I've said, there are lots of all-rounder out there, but Sometimes I don't see them stand out? In Jisung's state he always leave you speechless.. I'm so envious of how his confidence shows comfortably too.. so yeahhh..

I'm not a big fan of their music but Han's talent impresses me so much lol the first time I heard him hit these high notes I GASPED. He's really outstanding in every single aspect

Han can be the main rapper and main vocalist regardless of which group he debuts tbh, can be at the very least a lead dancer because he is large than life on stage, he can eat any performance. He can write songs in a matter of minutes, a natural comedian, too. And at this point, we have no clear idea what other instruments he can play apart from guitar and piano. He can rap or sing probably even when sleeping. Chan won't call him their cheat card for nothing. You throw him on stage and he will deliver. I mean, there are tons of triple threat but Han is just on another level, no one else comes close. Like, dude whatever others can not do, he can!

i think the TA dance video is what rlly made him my favorite dancer in skz. like yeah hes not the most experienced dancer out of the group but his charisma and presence in that video is literally insane like i couldnt take my eyes off of him :’) and not to mention he’s always cracking jokes and making everyone laugh and feel comfortable. fun fact the main reason he became such a big ult of mine is bc when i was watching the survival show when minho and felix got eliminated jisung was ALWAYS the first person to go up to them and hug them (not to mention the iconic minsung hand holding ofc). the fact that he stepped up before even chan did just made me realize what a genuine, caring person he is. it honestly makes me sad to hear him and other members talk abt how he was mean back then because i think there were a lot of kind actions that went unnoticed by even stays. even if he was a little conceited and dramatic, he’s always had a good heart :) anyways is it obvious im in love with him aha

I'm sorry to say this . I'm stay but it broke my heart when some people just look at Hyunjin and Felix visual the most! SKZ become worldwide but they keep just focusing on Felix voice that just make me disappointed . I love all the members but He deserve the loves after all the hard work and I'm really proud people participate in Japan 101 seeing him as their idol❤️✨

Hey even I started to get in to straykids bcuz of hyunjin and felix but seriously after I get to know lot abt straykids I seriously say I could see each and everyone's specialty. And ya me and my frd are ultimate bias of han . So don't worry hyunjin and felix are like teaser to straykids (they too talented) who makes people to get into stray kids . One day seriously they are going to beworld wide famous . I am waiting for that day..

After watching literally 3 videos of him being an ace and for being a kpop stan for many years myself, i can confidently say hes the most well rounded idol the kpop industry have ever witnessed. and honestly, he deserves much credit for that.

8:05 I'm a singer and do covers and stuff,, and I had this adlib in a cover and it literally took me hours to get the right take of it (and usually it takes, like, 3 hours to record my part for a collab, so around a quarter to an eighth of a song,, and this was just one line) I have such mad respect for Jisung singing this line and sounding so good doing it, that is some god tier vocals

Okay but besides this he is SO FUNNY like he MAKES reality shows without even trying.

I actually fell for Hannie when I watched Get Cool dance practice video. I still remember I was so attracted to the bubbly and cute boy in the pink hoodie who was just having so much fun doing what he was doing. That was my first ever Stray Kids video and a week later Hannie was officially my bias. It is true, he is so well-rounded. I remember he was so underrated when I first started stanning SKZ but I'm glad he's now getting the attention and credit he deserves.

4:56 he actually didn't get any. he always tries to improve himself and constantly tries out new stuff. He was always that person who constantly improves himself. I forgot where he said but he did mention that he doesn't get any training and he'll ask members to review him if he's trying out new stuff. it's all him. I'm sure now that they are a group there might be people who guide them but 99% Han does everything by himself only. And I'm sure all of the SKZ does too, to the max level. it's solely them producing and all. for the dances (choreography ) Also the danceracha does it, but they do have a teacher, who is like for monitoring purposes, literally like a school teacher type. Han even writes lyrics in like 10 min and less, and if you listen to his records you can tell how much range he has emotionally too. and not to mention he is literally so funny. like peak comedian istg. Han has been doing this since a young age. and I am both so proud and happy that he is where he is today.

Didn't he go to the D.E.F. academy before his debut, where he took his rapping and vocals to the next level? The guy clearly has talent, but he was learning to uncover his voice and not always on his own, as far as I know. He also took dance lessons at the same academy because he was weak in choreography.🤔

My kpop group bias are mostly Main Vocalist but Han Jisung got me because of his dance i saw on Tiktok and decided to search. And i will really say he is very talented. 😍

this man is talented he can write a song under a min but forget it under a min as well....

I think personally what makes him SO GOOD is that he said he used to be full of himself and cocky but then he learned how to be humble and stuff cause generally people who are cocky well are confident and the fact that he used to be and changed for the better makes him a great idol and performer cause he has all the confidence just with humbleness now

also the fact that after he made close, he was worried that he couldn’t perform it in front of stays because its so high and then made alien even higher, is also an ace in freestyle rapping and writes lyrics and makes melodies in minutes

Had to rewatch the first clip just to enjoy how FUCKING handsome Jisung is there, like holy jesus
