The one important shot you are referring to happened to me. Ripcord drop away rest the internals failed and it did not drop. The fletching impacted the rest forks sending the arrow sideways wounding a 160 class Buck. The rest would drop but in slow motion. Now I’m trying the Hamskea.

Indeed! Had QAD Ultra on my Mathews V3X, breaking wanes! Couldn’t get fixed, replaced to Ham. Boom all ✅

I love my hamskea epsilon rest, the only issue ive had is there is a sharp corner on the bottom of the mounting bracket where there are 2 screws. it cut the crap out of my 2nd thumb knuckle. I took a piece of 1000 grit sand paper, rounded it off and no issues since. not sure if mine was a one off, or if how i hold my bow was the issue. other than that one minor issue, its been a rock solid rest!

Not sure why everyone gets a stiffy talking about the preset 13/16 centershot.... Bro it takes like 10 seconds to set, and you're probably going to move it during a tune anyways lol That being said, i just ordered and epsilon after my QAD ultrarest started failing. should be here by the weekend, cant wait

Which is exactly why I ordered a hamskea last night! I can’t trust cable driven. Had it shift the other day and snap the launcher. Hella sketch

I’ve heard it’s louder, and the rubber thing on the cable sags down at full draw and will get snagged if your in brush.

Mine has been perfect so far, no trouble at all. It's mounted on my V3X 33 and I switched the actuation arm 180 degrees to use the top limb. By attaching it that way, that rubber thing you mentioned and the string it's on hangs much better and is out of the way of everything. I used the Hamskea piece that provides a better attachment point on the limb (for an extra $20) but it's not necessary.

😆 you never had anything in your bow limbs and cams while hunting in the woods? Ripcord micro all the way. Works well with the cable attachment. Lmfao!
