Mission Galapagos
The Galapagos Islands are like no other place on Earth. 600 miles off the mainland of South America, this isolated archipelago lies in the heart of the Pacific Ocean. This investigation employs tagging technology, underwater mapping, cinematography, thermal cameras and other techniques to track the most mysterious creatures, solve unanswered riddles, explore ancient islands reclaimed by the sea, and encounter the islands’ volcanic underbelly.

I come back to this clip every so often. Such gorgeous animals. Intimidating sure, but there's just nothing on dry land that can replicate this type of spectacle. Beautiful and humbling.
I get emotional to see the most beautiful places of Earth and the abundance of life our planet has. We're causing much harm to the environment as we develop technologically, but it fills me with hope to be reminded with proof like this video that there are humans who do care a great deal for Earth. ❤️🌍🌎🌏

it's not emotions, it's just our highly developed ability to recognize patterns, and decode speech.
Those magnificent animals, it must’ve been awe inspiring to see so many gathered in one place.
Theres things isn this world that no matter how hard we want to get to know them, well just never not know. Thats the beauty of nature and the wild
I'd cry if I were there. So beautiful.

0:56 the feeling of freedom guys
u wont seem any beautiful place enough untill u discover the underworld of blue sea ❤ totally amazed
This should have been a scene in Aquaman
I had the honor of coming within about 15 ft of one of these while snorkeling in the Galapagos at age 16 in the mid-80s. I wasn’t afraid, as she never took the slightest interest in my presence. I would have felt like I had died and gone to heaven to swim with a whale shark, though. Those and manta rays are favorites of mine.
The deep blue, so beautiful😍♥️ amazing!
That was incredible experience 😲❤️
This is truly beautiful.
Animals are more organized than we may think. We branched off of animals so it could be possible that traits we consider “human” are just derived versions of mechanisms they possess.
Hammer head sharks are my fav animals
Wow, the euphoria that he must've felt. All those hammerheads and still get the biggest fish in the ocean, and I'm on acid.
When i was Diving in the Red Sea i saw 300+ Hammerheads mating they where swimming in a Hurricane like Form Underwater this was STUNNING and they where really building a Hurricane Structure i think they try to find a Mate while swimming in Circles I am sorry that i had no Camera but also i can say i watched it from 40 Meters and there was NO Aggression so far but swimming with 300 or more Hammerhead Sharks is Unforgettable because if they whould decide to Eat me i Whould Not be here today but i might be one Lucky Diver who saw this Hurricane of Hammerheads is not Fake but at 1998 not everyone got a Camera Underwater

Who's up for a swim?
beautiful. I get angry over those fishing videos where people catch and kill all kinds of huge sharks and fish. why?! let these beautiful creatures live.. they don't destroy everything like most humans
Mmmmmm. David Tennant.
Whales sharks are the best though
I think a dating app would make things a heck of a lot easier.
Is not hammerhead Shark perthenogenesis...?
HARIOM NAMO NAARAAYANAAY LIFE IN A WATER💖💖💖🙏🙏🙏😇😇😇
How these sharks didnt attack divers
"only the strongest males can get through" what's stopping them? all the hammerheads seem pretty cool with each other

I would imagine the sharks are communicating with each other in ways we don't quite understand.
HOLY SHIT MOMENT awaits at 1:12
The background music is so anoying. I put this beautiful documentary off. I would like to hear the real sound of the sea and the animals.
Amazing sights, music score and narration. But I don't want to hear the divers' comments. They contribute nothing to the video and only disturb.
Please ditch the person who kept on saying “oh my G..”

Why?
I liked David Attenborough's narration better. The Scottish/ Irish accent tends to throw me off a bit.
He said the whale shark is the biggest fish in the sea because whales are mammals . My Bio teacher should be proud of me . 😊😊😊
I was expecting the sharks to slide in her DMs, ask her to go get a bite to eat, and in the middle of a feeding frenzy, to play some JayZ and make sweet, messy love.
The string sounds on this soundtrack are a little disappointing.
If the world could servive without gas and blood wede all be ok
