I made this last night and then ran across your video today.. You gave me some new ideas. I really like ur method of cooking the potatoes. I kinda did that by putting them in with the meat for awhile on stove but worried they might burn. I added worstershire sauce and fajita seasoning. Your right it is a great meal.

NIkki I was raised on what your cooking .love it.and garlic on eggs .girl you would love this.take and slice spam from the side.cook ( fry) it add 2 eggs yellow busted.then heat up a flour tortilla put mustard on it.add the spam first put the eggs on top and you've Got a meal in itself..with garlic powder sprinkled on top the eggs..roll it up and enjoy.🙌🥰

Hello, thank you so much for being a new subscriber. This is a very delicious meal. But i only tried it with the cream of mushrooms. I used about 6 large potatoes. But I didnt need to use them all for layering. 2lbs of ground beef, 1/2 onion, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 2 teaspoon of flour,1 cup of milk , 2cans of cream of mushrooms. Cheese. I also used to some gourmet hamburger season. Hope this helps.
