I like water cooling, it eliminates fan noise. After building a watercooled kW amplifier it was time for a new project. This video shows how I built a powersupply for my station delivering 13,8v 600 watts.
After one week of continous operation with up to 4 Transceivers simultaneously, and additionally the remote tuner, the QO-100 boards and the Odroid-N2: the power supply is almost stable at 39 deg.C, independent of the room temperature. The temperature controller activates the water pump about every 5 minutes for about 30 seconds, thats enough to keep the temperature below 40 deg.C.

Great job! Love your heatsink design. Not sure what gauge wiring you are using between the PSU and the distribution panel. The twin pairs look small in the video. I would expect you would need a total wire gauge of 6 AWG or 16 mm2 metric for 50 amps.

I have a 12v 50 adapter. I bought it at home for the sony n1004 amp. There are three plus three negative outputs. Do I need to short circuit the 3-way outputs as you do to get 50 amps and take them to the amp with a single cable? Can't we get 50 amps from a single output terminal?

What is diod typ or name value ? (four soldered diod)
How noisy is it?............. dont these create a lot of QRM?
