    Sometimes it's because of that exact reason that people turn out to be great humans. I can say it from experience, my father is sometimes an awful person but in comparison I'm liked by the ones that despise him. You grow up with a very present concept of an undesirable person in mind and it's a way to remember what you SHOULD NOT be like. I'm not saying you turn out perfect, but at least you learn what mistakes you should not make to veer off in a different direction.

    they also don't want help. They want to be menly men. I was in a long distance running race once and this real manly man in his 50s fell over and hurt himself. I stopped to ask him if he was OK and give him a hand and he told me he was fine and he didn't need my help. Even though he struggled to get up and walked with a limp. He did not want help from a young woman. Another similar guy then came up and he accepted his help gladly.

  • @Sarah-dr2jy
    @Sarah-dr2jy4 жыл бұрын

    It's crazy because physically Nick and Jesse actually are pretty similar, like true brothers. And papa Halstead has almost the same eyes as Jesse/Jay. The casting is wonderfully done. But it doesn't stop there because Jay and Will are also similar in the way that they really wanna help no matter what, and get involved a lot and here is the proof of the incredible job of the writers in two different shows. And to go even deeper in the similarities, Jay and his dad are both stubborn, hide their emotions and play tough but when it comes to honesty they deliver everything. Mama Halstead died of cancer but I bet that if she was in the show, she'd be very similar to Will, full of compassion and love and willing to be in the first line to help others. There's a lot of things to do with Jay and Will connection and I'm confident the producers and the writers will give us many good episodes in the next seasons of PD and Med. Personally I'd love to see stuff about Jay's military past and its consequences and obviously learn more about their mother.
