I feel like Dacoobers is going to go down the same road as Racoon Egg where what makes the videos great, his interactions with strangers, is practically impossible as people begin to recognize him everywhere he goes.

yeah i understand that as a concern which is why i've tried to do some non-rp related content just to future proof myself. i don't think i'll ever be popular enough where literally everyone on gmod will recognize me but if it does get nearly that bad i'll probably branch out more

@@thecommunistloli1042 This is more of a Gmod RP problem than any other game, most games have nice communities and RP is just a different way to play the game where you act out a normal life with other people. Gmod RP is a mess of power-hungry 12 year olds and nonsensical rules and guidelines.

I love how all the guns are just "ERROR" floating around. Classic gmod experience.

This rp was really realistic. Brought me back to the days when I role-played as an abusive husband.

From my understanding, Minging was a term used in the old gmod days when people would place props EVERYWHERE and just make everyones days worse, but now-a-days the definition has been expanded to the point where placing 1 or 2 props is now considered "minging"

honestly, you've actually roleplayed pretty seriously enough in that 'serious rp' server lol

To fly planes like the one in 7:47, first you need to make sure that the crosshair is in the circular thingy, after that you click either R or Space to start the engine, hold W to takeoff, and use WASD and your mouse to manuever.

@@quagmoe7879 nah there’s one called Prometheus that I’ve trolled on a few times that has about 80-100 players on average. Another one is werewolf that had about 50 people when I joined, but they ban you for the smallest things

it was at its peak in 2016. the server easily capped out at 100 players, and even on a bad day thered be 70-80 people around. there were daily events, and so many different factions and squads. i used to be on this server a lot in highschool and its sad to see how dead it is now compared to back then

Before anyone asks, Revival Servers has gone from a bad map, to an ok map, to a barren empty wasteland of a map filled with empty rooms and barely able to manage 20 people at most. Its a server that's just about dead in the water.

2016-2017 Revival was peak and that winter base map was awesome. the server used to easily have 100 people on at any given time and nowadays it struggles to even have 40 players on daily and yea, idk what happened to the maps but you can tell they've dipped in quality. they are absolutely dogshit and idk why they stopped using Reach ODSTs and went to using Halo 3 ODST models. went back to relive some nostalgia but the server is a hollow shell of what it used to be.
