I don't know where you are, but in the US at Sephora, it's releasing at on the 18th and on Natasha's site it's releasing on the 19th.

@@pakilee87 I saw that Sephora releases it tomorrow it made me think that ND site would also release it tomorrow as well sense it's her pallet . It's weird that she would release it later then Sephora she even released the mini Starlet vip early access a couple days before Sephora. Thank u for the info though I wouldn't have know if I didn't come across it on Sephora but I didn't know about ND releasing it later.
