Kids today will play this and shrug it off only after a short time of playing. You just had to be there to understand and appreciate how much of a good game this was.

im an adult now but back in like 2017 or 18 I first played halo 3 as a teen and its now my fav game ever

Yeah in its days probably, i like halo infiťnite, though the multiplayer isnt as good as it could be, games potentional is huge but they give you a 12v12 max on a game that could support tens of people on a team, trash devs

With time I appreciate more the words of parents and elders talking about "the good old days," not from comparative regressive policies but from intuiting it's more about the bonds they made and slices of bliss enjoyed even as they endured their own problems.

Gaming will never be this good ever again. You just had to be there. Greatest video game franchise ever created.

the amount of sleepovers that were had grinding ranked team slayer or just playing social all night. no better feeling then when both parents said yes for a sleepover!! Halo is one of those games that is just magical. i am grateful to be a part of it

I will never forget one particular game of Rocket Race on Valhalla... Its 2:00 am and back in 2007 everyone open mic'ed most of the time because it seems like people weren't as awful then as they seem now. Instead of racing, one team is just criss-crossing the map shooting at the other teams and screaming "Valhalla-halla-halla-halla-halla" into the mic. What a glorious time to be alive.

Some folk never got to experience these amazing games when they released. You can play em now, but it just isn’t the same. Good times

Too many good and strong memories came flooding back. How I wish to go back.

We all do man. It was more than a game. Alot of us didnt see it that way back in 2007. But 17 years later...wow. 17 years its been since it released. We miss it. And hold all those memories near and dear.

What a masterpiece this game and trilogy is! The music will never be forgotten either ❤️🙌🏼

I love this. Amazing scene choice and music, instantly brought memories flooding back to me. I miss these times. Halo 3 custom games with a full lobby every day after school.. man.

Made tons of memories on CE all the way to reach, those were the times man, I’m not sad because they’re gone now, I’m just sad to let them go, to move on. Kids these days will never experience what we did, and for that I cherish those memories, the arguments, the laughter, we didn’t realize it then, but we were making memories. A spartan never dies in action, cliche ik, but we’re all still out here. To all those we never got to say goodbye to, may you rest in peace. Live long and prosper everyone reading this, maybe one day we will share the battle field again. Until then, see ya ✌️

And just like that, im back in college play 4 man coop on legendary and matchmaking at 2am laughing and making memories with my roommates, empty beer bottles on the christmas tree, a smoking bong on the coffee table, chapelle show on the tv, and class in the morning. 😢those were the good old days before life and bills happened...rip WLFPK

I gotta say... I played the french version Listened to the english streaks, like "Double kill" etc It's just NEAT in french, DOUBLE FRAG, TRIPLE FRAG ! FOLIE MEURTRIERE ! Haha, jesus... How many times did we play through the campaign ? Over and over... Halo 1, Halo 2, Halo 3 There's just something about these games... Not only the soundtrack I mean... Everything, everything... Grenades in Halo 1 actually felt like grenades 😂

Now this is incredible! Thank you for uploading this! This is and will always be the most legendary game ever!

I really just want an hour loop of this sitting on the 0 gamers population map.
