Tots did originally say the pizza face chucky head was going to come with extra hands. 1 of which was the middle finger flip hand. So gutted they are not including the hands with the head as they said. That is very disappointing. Maybe they could not get them through due to the rude gesture on the hand. Who knows? would be very interesting to find out why they have since changed this. They should charge less due to head only product though.I Was really looking forward to having a chucky doll with flip a bird hand. So pretty gutted they are not including that. :-(

I'm confused on the Chucky Jack in the Box... The video shows the screen saying SOLD OUT and when I go to the Spirit Halloween site the item isn't even there. Even a search for just 'Chucky' comes up with nothing. Anyone know what's up? Also just wanna share to the group some experience with TOTS... I'm pretty annoyed the pizza face Chucky head showed up on the website a month+ after the Tommy head, even though they have the same September 4th shipping date. I ordered the Tommy one right away, and of course I want the pizza face one too. Since TOTS charges for shipping, I emailed their support asking if I could combine two orders so they come in one box, for one shipping charge - before I place the order. They got back to me and said they can't do that, told me I'd have to place a new separate order for the head, and be charged twice for shipping. No other way. They also "politely" reminded me to NOT cancel the original order of the Tommy head to order both fresh on a new order, because if I did they would charge me a 15% cancelation fee. LOL. I pressed them a bit, asked for some leeway here, credit to offset an extra shipping charge, whatever, and they refused and basically just said "sorry but this is what it is". They have such great products, but wow their service is terrible. I guess this is what happens when you have exclusive items you can't get elsewhere. Really sad. I've spent thousands with them, and they just don't care.
