Much less headache than the KGB logo I'm doing. Had to repaint some parts twice now.

How do you get cuts/lines so straight and curves so smooth. What blades and how many teeth do you use? Im working with 1/2 ply and getting a lot of tear out.

I have a video on what blades I use - mostly the skinny ones. Going a bit slower helps, but some plywood is just junk and shreds regardless of how good you are.

Hi!!! your art is amazing!!! what type of board do you use?? I've never used any of these items before and I have a personal project. I'm just not sure what TYPE of wood I need. I definitely need the 96" height.

Just about anything really I've tried including random stuff I found. Mostly it ends up being rough scrap plywood for rustic type project or nice cabinet grade plywood that I have a friend hook me up with: kzread.info/dash/bejne/g3-HxraBhK-xlJc.html

@@LeoTheRussian for a bigger 8 foot project, would the 1/2 inch sanded plywood suffice?

@@tinatee276 depends on the project - what are you making? Though something that large usually I'd use 3/4 inch since 1/2 will bend and likely snap if it's anything like the signs that I make

@@LeoTheRussian I'm planning to make a backlit, 8 foot long signature... so it's a thin flowing line thats about 1'5"-2" thick. I'll add 2" spacers along the script . first time DIY wood working.

@@tinatee276 you could do it out of 1/2 but just make sure to support it though 3/4 would probably be better still. And I'd make sure that the plywood itself is high grade and won't flex on you. Had an issue with 6ft long Puerto Rican flag bowing like crazy on me before
