Halloween Special: Building a Beetlejuice Dante's Inferno Room Diorama
Six weeks ago I joined an Instagram challenge called the Halloween Doomsday Diorama Challenge. The premise was straightforward - build a Halloween-themed diorama in any scale or style based on a dice roll that decided your diorama's theme. My dice roll resulted in Paranormal and Graveyard. I decided to build Dante's Inferno Room as seen in Beetlejuice.
A heartfelt thanks to my colleagues Craftyric and Retro Roboland for working together to host this challenge. You can check out their channels and review their contributions here:

That was awesome! Putting dead leaves in a spice grinder to make tiny fallen leaves is a great way to do it.
The hydrangea blew my mind! I have so much of that sitting around and I waste my time with seafoam. Great video!

I have a box of hydrangea flowers that I picked last year that I'm only now using this year... I'll be getting my next harvest in the coming week...

Super talented! Love your fantasy and reality-based modeling! Cheers.
Once more I am blown away! 6 minute video, cool intro on a cemetery and a full model build from scratch, this is totally my jam. I also love the idea to put the whole thing on top of that rusty old can, it's a really nice touch. Quick question, the step with the baking soda and spraypaint, what does it do? Some method of pain chipping or does it add some texture? As for the gravestones (or small items scattered on the ground in general), I think it would be worth a shot to print them with a bit of a tang, like a rat-tail, so they have a bit of a pin to glue them more firmly to the ground.

Thanks for the kind words! It's Halloween - I did my best and wanted to entertain people. The baking soda helps give a bit of a stony texture. My 3D printer was a bit out of whack leaving spider webs and heavily textured surfaces so the baking soda helps give it a slightly more granular pitted finish. As for the tang... That makes perfect sense...
That's a long process.

Great build and presentation as always, keep them coming, were becoming addicted to your channel. What software do you use for the 3D modeling if I may ask?

Thank you. Accessories are bits that I designed in 3D and 3D printed. I'm not sharing them right now as it takes a bit of work to prepare them public consumption and I have a bunch of other projects I wish to get to first!
