Thank you! If you are speaking about the ones on the wreath form, they come already attached and I get my wreath forms from Old Time Pottery.

You should of added a bow tie on him.😊

I get my ribbon from multiple places. Hobby Lobby, Michaels, Old Time Pottery and Craft Outlet. I am pretty sure I got the harlequin from Old Time Pottery.

I purchase the wreath form with the pipe cleaners already attached. You can purchase wreath forms with different size pipe cleaners. I prefer the thicker ones.
