Those were the days. I don't care if the game was buggy or unbalanced, it was fun, and I had fun. That's all that matters. Edit: I made this comment 12 hours ago. At the time of writing, I started playing this game when I was in 7th grade, and now I'm almost a senior in high school. I've decided to share my story with this game, whether or not anyone sees this, reads it, or cares is not what I care about. I want to share my story. I started playing AUT on day 1 of its release. I had to check the date it came out (6/3/2020, not technically day 1 but you know what I mean). Back then, AUT used to advertise itself as the "Jojo Game with the most stands." I think they had around 130+, maybe even 140+. Yeah, they were all bad SPOH/TWOH reskins, but it is what it is. When I started playing AUT (because of the dying ABD, which I was just realizing at that time), I got extremely frustrated. Let's be honest, it didn't have as much quality as ABD, but it wasn't just that. I didn't, and still don't, care about that. I didn't like the grinding because I wasn't used to it, and I kept getting killed in public lobbies by people with one-shot abilities, so I raged a lot. But I kept coming back to it, and by the time the map where HSTWR released (the one the new universe PROMISED to give us, but didn't), I was hooked. I loved it. I got all the rare abilities, but most importantly, STWR, which I loved, despite being very, very edgy. So when the Halloween update released, I, of course, had to get HWSTR, and I did. I loved it. It's probably my favorite ability in the old universe and even the new universe (which is dead, but I'll get into that later). I loved the theme, the aesthetics, everything. I loved it so much, in fact, I decided to use it when the game was experiencing data issues. I then lost it from a data wipe. I got reverted back to STWR, but it was too late. The event was over, and I lost it, which sucked, but I got over it. Then SPR came out, and then the Christmas update (you know, the Santa NPC that gave everyone basically free cursed orbs? Yeah, that was dumb, but I wasn't complaining). I got another STWR, then SPR. I put the last cursed orb (got 3) in my inventory and got SPR. I loved SPR, but I don't remember much of it. So 2020 AUT, very good. Then 2021 came around, and things I thought, and everyone did, thought it was gonna get better. But how wrong we were, right? They started reworking things like Tusk and GER, which was fine. They changed the map to the large map that SUCKED, and they kept promising more and more reworks, and eventually started on the new universe. I was so excited for it because by that time, ABD and ABDM were dead (for 2 different reasons). The World, SP, TWOH, all were getting reworked, and I was so damn excited. I watched the new universe development like 24/7. But then it released, oh my god it FLOPPED. I don't think I need to talk about the new universe, and frankly, I don't want to. It's just really bad memories of promises they broke. Overall? It sucks, it really sucks what happened to this game I loved. Sure we have the memories but we just want to go back, the reuploaded the old universe but its dead, we can't bring those times back, but we can be the very few who still remember them, and to everyone in this comments, I'm proud to have played with you back then. Listening in to this makes me remember the memories of me and my friends grinding all day during lockdown. It’s sad that all of that was for nothing as my account got data wiped but it was the memories we made along the way worth it.

I lost my hstwr a while after the new universe update, someone used there ultimate attack on me and it glitched and removed my stand permanently and I quit aut and my ENTIRE JoJo phase but now I'm getting back into it

Reminds me of Covid lockdown. I used to AFK all day haha. I managed to pretty much get all the rare stands and some unobs by trading. Lost it all though after some data glitch or something.

In my opinion aut now is quite bad compared to the old version i mean i know it was rushed but ive seen thousands of people losing stands and data i almost lost my H reaper but left the server before my data was set in stone and the new chest mechanism is pretty cool but i would prefer waiting hours for things to spawn instead of doing it manually and its very buggy when it comes to quests and other stands i hope they will make it better but until then i dont think i wanna lose my H reaper

aut's old universe was my favourite game back then , the small , silly map and never ending grinding. It had way WAY more stands to collect now they removed some stands in new universe that originate from old universe aswell? (like crystallized)

Fr, I remember getting STWR and feeling unbeatable, and when I wasn’t in the mood to kill, I just posed and vibe’d with the other players while speaking with them, it was rather very peaceful, now AUT is just boring because of the revamp, like the new obtainment methods are just so boring. I miss old AUT, despite it having less graphics than the modern AUT, the old AUT gave a vibe that new AUT will never give.
