Ghost fan here! I work in a movie theatre, and I always make sure to run to the auditorium to clean it while listening this version. Luckily no one has caught me dancing to it xD

I don’t like horror movies, but I work in a cinema. So I’ve been hearing this song multiple times a day when I clean up after everybody leaves the theatre. Songs a banger.

Tobias has said that he wants to do a movie and is a huge fan of horror. That’s where he gets a lot of his inspiration for Ghost. I’m not surprised that they ended up collabing.

Getting Ghost to play the song was the best marketing decision.

@spastik I thought that at first, 6 months later I listened to them again, now I can't stop. I didn't even like this new song at first, now it's amazing. It's like the opposite of catchy pop. The more you listen the more you hear the more you like it, whereas catchy pop is great at first but gets old

For those wondering, a Hunter's Moon is what they call a full moon in October. Very fitting for Halloween.

I’m just glad this gave Ghost more exposure of their fantastic range. They deserve it

One of the best reasons to stay back after the credits. Everyone gets up and leaves, but there's me and my group at the back of the cinema singing our hearts out. Fantastic night!

The best thing about this movie was hearing this song in the credits, not that the movie was bad but man this song slaps.

Same, I never even listen to the album version anymore since I heard this in the end of the film. This version of Hunter's Moon pretty quickly became my favorite Ghost song.

This is like their single version. First listen, "This is bit.. different? Not sure about this.." and then you notice it just keeps getting better and better each time you listen it. Weird!

Just saw Ghost last thursday and I must say they were absolutely the tightest sounding group I've ever seen live! Would gladly go to infinite Ghost shows!

HALLOWEEN KILLS will be re-evaluated as a classic in 10 years.

Bringing me back to Alice coopers man behind the mask . So many 80s vibes . I loved this film . Had such a blast .

When I learned my favorite band and my favorite horror franchise collabed, I WAS SO EXCITED, this song has been on repeat ever since.

I don’t care what anyone says about Halloween Kills, I loved it! We finally saw an unhinged Michael Myers who just went on a killing spree! Someone once described Michael Myers as a great white shark on two legs. Man, did we see that!

I loved this movie so much! I don't understand the bad ratings... I love this badass angry Michael so much, because he always was it for me. I think he was badass in 1978 too. I'm sure Halloween Ends will be amazing !!!

Ah......it feels SO F***ing satisfying to see the good ol' days of big-budget blockbusters(horror included) getting well-known and/or talented artists to make a song just for the film and accompanying music video with clips from the film interlaced throughout making a comeback little by little. I have missed it. Also, HK was a heartbreaking and gruesome ride all in one that I certainly won't forget; looking forward to HE 2022! 🎃🔪

Yeah, it is something I am glad to see making a return. Godzilla King of the Monsters for example, while not a horror movie, did do a similar thing where a heavy rock version of the blue oyster cult Godzilla song was played over the credits. Great stuff.

@Steamed Cat I've been hoping for some kind of EP that would basically be all of their vinyl exclusives up until now. They could call it Exhumed or Unearthed and it would have their covers of Here Comes the Sun, It's a Sin, Avalanche, as well as this version of Hunter's Moon and Zenith from the Meliora vinyl. They could even throw in Enter Sandman while they're at it just so it's actually on a release of theirs.
