Hallandale Beach is a city in southern Broward County, Florida. The city is named after Luther Halland, the son of a Swedish worker for Henry Flagler's Florida East Coast Railroad. As of the 2010 census, the population was 37,113.

Just spent two months there, it's WAY over crowded - looking elsewhere to snowbird next year...

Agreed, only the short sighted, the avarice and ignorant would want to buy and live in those high rise towers in Florida, destroying the land and view for all. One hurricane would create a city of uninhabitable towers of concrete and steel forever, making that city worthless to live in and invest. No buffers between the ocean and the buildings, hurricane will devastate everything.. Greedy, ignorant and horrible town planning. Great aerial video, though!
