Mantra Baba nam kevalam is sung in one’s love and striving to attain the Supreme Desideratum of life, that is Parama Puruśa. By the singing of the mantra in combination of the laliita marmika dance we come to purify our mental waves and them smoother and in so doing making it easier to reflect Him in our mental mirror. It is lover and beloved. You and Him until it is only Him, that’s the Goal, to come to know His Greatness 🙏🏼 Namaskar Kiirtan should be sung loud and with ideation on the sahasrara chakra (ten fingers length above the third eye chakra or ajina cakra) The sahasrara chakra is just under the skin of the head. Visualization can be a bright white light or Anandamurtiji or just Love. All the best 🧡
