Back in the 1900's people were a lot shorter than now because of poor diet... and of course it depends on what you eat and how much you eat and how active you are. A well fed Tennessean farmer is probably in much better shape than a well fed Tennessean DMV worker.

This is a copy of the Fightlite SCR. Also, Sig Sauer makes one just like this call the MCX-R Regulator. Both the CMMG and the Sig use proprietary uppers, the Fightlite uses any standard AR15 upper but have to use their BCG. Also, the CMMG and the Sig use standard AR15 trigger assemblies while the Fightlite SCR uses a Remington 1100 trigger assembly. The Sig and the CMMG use the Remington 870 stocks and the Fightlite SCR uses the Remington 1100 stock because just like the 1100, the recoil spring is in the stock, that is why you have to use the Fightlite BCG. The Fightlite is way cheaper than the Sig and CMMG and they make them legal in all 50 states.

@@LDR1100RS Fightlite only sells complete finished rifles in 5.56 or .300blk, but the bolt head and barrel are standard AR-compatible. So if you either kit-build or swap parts around on a completed gun, it'll take any of the other usual suspects like 7.62x39, 6.5 Grendel, .450 Bushmaster, .458socom, etc etc

I personally prefer a "traditional" stock over most ar styles. Glad that companies are making this a more available form. Truly what the mini 14 wishes it was.

A few years ago, this design would have gotten around my state's guns laws. Now, all semi autos are placed on our pistol license, which you will not be granted unless you are literally friends with law enforcement...

Looks awesome but they need to sell a larger safety button to be installed for self defense usage, That tiny little safety button looks like it’d be difficult to disengage quickly. It’d be ideal if you could disengage the safety with your finger straight against the lower reciever rather than having to curl your finger back and press it with your fingertip.

Chevron only impacted Federal Law/ATF has nothing to do with State laws. It’s removal won’t change a thing in ban states.

The cross bolt safety puzzles me. Why not stick with an ar safety? Crossbolt is better than no safety but it is easier to know what position you're in with ar controls. Also, why is it so heavy? If you're going to walk a mountain on an elk hunt wouldn't you want a lighter rifle?

So, I wonder why Almost all the cartridges that takes are parallel lines? No shoulder. I can tell you that all the cartridges it can take, are all of the Easiest chambers to put in a barrel. Sounds like this company was looking to widen their selection, with the Least amount of effort or skill to do that. It's a cop out, basically cutting corners. I'll never buy a Firearm from a company that cuts corners...
