This guy is drumming, playing the keys and signing all at once! absolutely unreal ability!!

A couple years ago I wrote a letter to Half Moon Run's tour manager explaining that their show in Toronto was also the anniversary of me and a then girlfriends relationship. The concert was sold out, but tour manager Franz came through and left tickets at will-call. Best band I've ever seen live. I would see them every day.

I swear, I've never seen or heard anything like it. I'm stunned. The true definition of perfection.

Watching this ten years later, and they seem to have not aged a day. And they still sound amazing, if not better!

ive been listening to this songs for YEARS but i didnt see this video until recently and WOW. They are absolutely amazing.

His voice is very powerful. Half moon run's songs are fresh and new apart from the songs you hear today.

Even now, 4 years after I first heard it, I will still sometimes wake up with this song stuck in my head. It's quite unique - I've not heard anything quite like it before or since.

I watched this 10 years ago over and over and over. I was a teenager then, and just totally obsessed with the musicality of this song. A decade later I finally remembered the name of the band and looked it up on KZread. Still fucking slaps and I still know the words. Can't believe it's been a decade and still goes so hard.

That concentration on their faces.They really want to get that right and they killed it.Sooooo Goooood.Perfection

I cant believe how amazing they are. Ive never instantly fell in love with a band before. Heard one song on spotify and had to listen to all of their songs immediately, just wow.

I become mesmerized every time I watch this. So, so good.

This is the first album I have bought in recent memory that I absolutely love every track. Watching them perform live is only confirms what an incredibly talented group they are.

Just saw Half Moon Run in Squamish BC Canada this past weekend. Very impressed with these fellows. They can all sing, perfect harmony. And the one guy was playing keyboard, drums, and harmonica, and sings. Personable, good stage presence, great music, and very talented. Surprised they are not famous yet. At the end of their show we called them back for an encore, and they used one mic and sang a Neil Young song so perfectly, great way to end the show. Keep up the good work Boys ! A new fan from Squamish.

I played this song, and a few others by Canadian artists for a group of American Friends in an on-line social environment, and they were dumbfounded. One summed it up perfectly when he said; "Why have we NEVER heard this on our radio? It's incredible." I played for them Buffy Saint Marie "You've got to run", "The Wreck of the Edmond Fitzgerald" by Gordon Lightfoot [That one left them speechless], Fortunate Ones "River to the Sea", K-os "Crab Bucket", and "Mission Bells" by Armistice. They were completely blown away by the "Unique Sounds" of Canadian [and First Nations] music. It's a pity that we are so close, and we DO get all the American artists, but they seem so protectionist in not being willing to give our music a chance on their media. They REALLY don't know what they are missing.

Ugh. One of my all time favourite live things ever. Eargasmic...

Watch this band come to the mind of the masses over the next 6 weeks as a game gets massive exposure, Assassins Creed 4 Black Flag, the marketing people have really nailed the trailer and this song is simply awesome. It would be great at any time but with a global marketing campaign behind it I really hope they make it, they are so, so good, I'm nearly fifty and this song opened my ears to what superb talent there is out there...
