The 2Ks killed safe 90s except PBS.

I can't believe it's been 20 years since Kingdom Hearts first came out. I was a huge Disney and Final Fantasy fan so I was excited to play it and it didn't disappoint. I still love it to this day.

This made me really miss the 2000s.

Just reminds me how disappointed I was with Kingdom Hearts 3. 😞

No commercial ever made me want something quite like the original kingdom hearts commercials. I would get SO excited when Simple and Clean started to play, not even realizing that the actual game would end up far exceeding my already-high expectations. 🥰🥰🥰

I didn't know what it was when I first saw it in my grandparents living room...but I knew it looked amazing. I wanted it too. I remember renting it from Blockbuster and not wanting to give it back.

The nostalgia is just so much in this one.

Simple and clean always gives me goosebumps

If you ask me, FireFly was done dirty.

The early 2000s needs to come back! I grew up in it! Although during this time ij 2002 I was 2. Love Firefly! Sci fi Space Operas aren't the same anymore.

I remember reading an Electronic Gaming Monthly magazine in Fall 2001, the one with the SSBM cover since it was coming out in the next couple of months. I saw beta screenshots of KH1 with Donald and Goofy with their normal clothes. So I kept an eye on that game. I was 14 years old in 9th grade at the in Fall 2002. I saw this commercial when Fox Box replaced Fox Kids. I saw the PLANTb Remix commercial when watching the premiere of Pokémon Master Quest.

I seen all those commercials when I was a kid and I played those games and I beat them also I was 13 years old at that time now I am 33 years old times flies to fast.

Turok evolution was awesome played through it so many times

I was born on September 12, 2002. I turned 20 1 week ago. I'm so happy that I was born in the 2000s, I know a lot of people probably say this about their era, but I really do feel like I was a kid during the best possible time. It's hard to describe without making this a long comment, but there was so much great stuff for me to grow up with such as Spongebob and the Spider-Man movies.

You didn't really grow up in the 2000s tbh. You were 6 for most of 2009 and even 2009 felt more like the 2010s. I was born on November 27, 1997 and even I barely have memories of 2002

Born in 84- 90’s and early 00’s was the best

I don't know why but I find watching these very therapeutic. It's almost like a mental vacation from today's depressing society. "Where a kid can be a kid" or in this case "Where adults can be kids again". let's light one up for the good ol' days

The only ads these days video games get are the big ones who still bother with marketing campaigns, but you're right I miss seeing more of them back in the day even in magazines/comics nowadays I have to keep up with devs to find out what's coming out and it's not the same

Wow, I forgot that last night's Late Night was on Comedy Central. I used to watch it all the time. Loved watching Conan (and I still do!!!) It was on I want to say for like 2 years b/c I remember it being on CC when I was a freshmen in high school.

I was 10 years old then. This makes me feel so nostalgic.

For real! It came out when I was in 5th grade and I didn’t play it until I started 6th grade. It was like the only game I played until the part two came out. Also that song hit like a freight train right now when it played

I still have the Kingdom Hearts issue of PlayStation Magazine! (Issue 61). Back then, the fact that Final Fantasy and Disney were coming together in a game was mind-blowing. Now I've heard they took out the Final Fantasy component in KH3. What sad times we're in. 😔

kingdom hearts, you never know who you'll run into next. It could be Lightnign McQueen from Pixar, or Noctis lucis caelum from FF15.

They applied the game’s logic to the real world.

Back when ads and commercials weren't painful to sit through. They were over the top but they were entertaining. Used to sit through 4-5 commercials in a row and would hardly notice. Now two 30 second ads seem like a slog.
