Never had an issue getting the knife out. I put in the small of my back inside my pants and clip it to my belt. The knife comes right out. Not sure if that clip was meant for inside pocket carry.

makes sense. I have since used it enough where it's fine now.
Fixed blades are fun. Its a different kind of knife appreciation... like Electrics vs. Acoustics or travel guitars vs. full-scale guitars
