@@outspokenish there is one place, not necessarily a place it's a van in Columbus that rely on donations for toiletries, clothes and shoes to which they seperate into summer, fall and winter. It's not something we have here where I live where this past winter was the worse and homeless people were be found frozen to the grounds; there are ways to help and make difference even if small, cause that small can turn into huge, where it doesn't cost bank. Just for a certain care package, Dollar Tree is a place to shop or Costco's/Sam's Club are others where you get bulk items for a steal but other then that donate things you don't care for instead of throwing out. Big stores like Target, Barnes and Nobel, Baby R' Us, Footlocker among many others throw clothes, books, shoes and more out into the trash where our soup kitchen here would have people go look and grab so the homeless can use and once they got wind of that they started cutting up their products that they were throwing out anyway which had my mind blown however there is one big name chain store that I won't name in case that don't do it and this is where a lot of blankets and shoes come from. Small impacts make a world to someone else and truly don't even need money.
