Well tonkotsu ramen uses pork and chicken bones to make the broth. But there are many kinds of broth for ramen, so not all of them are tonkotsu broth. Shouy ramen, miso ramen, shio ramen don't use pork bones to make the broth. That being said, ramen often consumed with Chasu topping. Which is basically a slice of braised pork belly.

Whether halal or not is not merely dealing with Pork, but it is also considering HOW DO THEY SLAUGHTER THE CHICKEN. Why? Inapproriate way to slaugh the consumable animal is considered as HARAM or FORDBIDDEN. WHy? Because Islam wants us to be a civilized and be kind to Allah/God creature, while slaughtering the animal not in a good way is hurting the animal, and we are not allowed to hurt animal, just because they cannot speak.
