People missheard the lirics and start to say "tuca donka" with are not even words as if it was the name of the song. The missheard happend bassicaly because in the chorus catucao is repeated multiple times, leaving people to end up picking the middle of the pronunciation of the word: catucadao catucadao -> tucadao ca -> tuca donka Catucadao is bassicaly slang for messing up with someone or being bothered it derives from the verb "cutucar" with means poke someone.
