Very Beautiful realization, my suggestion for my country Haiti, I wish they would build smaller modern houses more affordable in like gated communities and try to sell them to Haitian living overseas, for very affordable prices like 3 bedroom houses, real modern but affordable nothing gigantic. Build them in other Departments and make it livable community have a church, small clinic, school, police precinct, clubs super market etc.... build small models and let people see it and have them invest in them. Average Haitian would buy houses up to 50,000.

Totally agree with you. They are mainly for the boujoizi. Not for the average Haitians cause they are not affordable.

How far done is this construction?
My issue with Haiti is that there’s no urban planning in effect. No zoning laws. You can build an apartment complex like this and right next door someone can buy the land and make it a junk yard or turn the land into an unofficial waste site. And there’s really nothing you can do about it other than purchase as much land as you can around your development site

How much does it costs to build this house?
I’m taking into account that Haiti sits on a fault-line or it sits off the coast, when you look at the second level flooring in 2:15, are we certain that this construct will withstand a quake?

m s constructions the land (only) could cost you $500.000 or less ( it depends on the area) . But I do remember when I was in Haiti one hundredth of land was for 15000 usd
