I tried to bleach my hair once without gloves because I ran out, but I was determined to make it work. I ended up in the E.R. with chemical burns. 😅 🚨 WEAR GLOVES PEOPLE! 🚨

Haha no chemical burns here. I made sure to wipe between layers. The gloves in the box were so big on me and were making the application so messy! I invested in professional gloves and now I mention them in every video 🤣

I think when people wear their hair in loose curls, they can pull off most crappy color scenarios. The curls/waves break up the crooked lines in the coloring.

The first girl’s hair is SO BEAUTIFUL! 😭
So truth time I bleached my hair and my friends without gloves. we totally forgot to buy gloves and we were pretty drunk and decided "fuck it let's do it anyways". 1 hour in my fingers started to hurt so bad it felt like they were going to fall off. I started to have theses callous and whiteness on the tops of my fingers. I can't imagine how painful this would have been if I wasn't so intoxicated. I had successfully chemically burned my hands. now they did heal in a week's time and it wasn't something so crazy that I had to go to the hospital. But for anybody out there do not do this. Grab gloves before you even grab the bleach or dye. Thank you for coming to my Ted talk.

As someone who started out using box bleach and now just buys bulk bleach powder and developer from the beauty supply store, I think people who are new to hair colouring, especially bleaching, it can be reassuring to use box dye. Everything is measured out for you, plus an instruction leaflet. Hair bleaching can be intimidating, especially with the number of products available in pro stores, that’s just my experience and might be why people tend to gravitate towards using box bleach. 🤷♀️

Thank you Brad, you are beauty and style yourself❤️And your energy is very uplifting!
Your energy in this video is 10/10
I’ve been sad today so this video is making my day better 💗
I’ve balayage my hair a couple of times now, and thanks to Brad and remembering how my hair stylist used to do my hair (she had to get a totally different job because of the pandemic), it actually came out pretty good. Has it been perfect? No. Not at all. But it’s passable, and since I’ve been dressing more grunge lately, it all works. Plus, when I have messed up, I’ve been able to fix it! If it wasn’t for Brad, idk what my hair would look like rn. I’d probably have inky hair because I’d have to back to box dye.
I know this is old but I would love to see Brad use the comb that separates the hair for highlights!
Brad I've watched soo many of your videos (gone down a hair dye video rabbit hole) and your mood in this video is the best! I don't know how many coffees you had but it made me so happy ☺ xx
After watching a few of your videos like what shaped face you have and what type of hair cut you should get/ what would look good, and all that other jazz. I did it!!! I decided to shaved my head!! After so I bleached it then bought and used the X mondo hair colors, and let me tell you my hair looks insane!!! I love it so much the colors are so pigmented ( I dyed my hair rainbow) I feel so much more confident and it just feels so good to get all of my thick curly hair off my head!!! I totally recommend his product it is worth the price and more!!! I have no other words to explain this except pure bliss!!! Thanks Brad so much for coming out with your line of hair care!!!! ❤️
