Do all people who have a hairtransplant need to take finasteride or dutasteride to keep the rest of there hair. Cause some people on utube in the comments say tha will not take it because of side affects whats your view on this please

No, it is not necessary, except in cases of severe hair loss and very bald people, Finasteride has many sexual side effects

I don’t use any of them ( Min & Fin) due to side effects as my native hair is stable.
