Be patient Angus, more results will come after the full year. I can say that with confidence as I had the same procedure with this company. Although, I did have a second procedure for my crown area to match the thickness of the front area.

Im sorry, but the hair dye was a huge mistake. The dark is a huge contrast against the skin and makes you look balder. I've always found baldness is less of an issue as guys get old and their hair goes white. The light hair and light skin blend in and less noticeable.

If you take a closer look at the before 00:17 and after photos 02:29, you can really see the big differense, especially in the front part. You have a lot denser look at your hair now, and that looks great. It will get better over time, because you are still only 8 months in, and already see huge improvements. I also think you look better without the hair colour. I will say that so far, this is a really successfull HT!

Two thirds of the way through the recovery period and it's looking decent, look forward to seeing the results after 12 months.

I had the whole of my head done . The only revisiting hair is my the donor area which won't fall out. Also I don't want to take drugs.

ignore the bad negative comments. They will always be there. Once again, ppl expect instant results. As long as you see the changes, that is what matters. Looking forward to further progress. keep it up

I'm scheduled to get mine in 5 weeks from today. I'm getting mine done in Beverly Hills and the doctor has told me we will do somewhere between 3000 to 3500 depending on how it goes. I have a bit more hair than you have. I've done a TON of research and looked at literally thousands of before and afters. I've also spent way too much time on blogs watching people recover from this surgery. In just about every single case, by the 8 month mark the patient has either achieved full results or are 90% of the way there (these are vlogs where they have continued on and you can see the difference between 8 months and a year). It doesn't seem to me that you are going to get much improvement in the next 4 months although even 10% is always welcome. My point is, for 3800 grafts it seems like you should have more density so something went wrong here. While it is obvious that you've had an improvement there is a lot to be desired considering you had such a big transplant of 3800. They seemed to have been careful to not lower your hairline too much which would have created much too large an area to fill in so that is good. All I can think is that they either 1) didn't actually do 3800 grafts 2) you had an extremely high amount of single and double hairs and not enough triple or more hairs compared to an average sample and you have very thin hairs 3) they did 3800 but you had a larger than normal number of grafts not take because of poor techinque or rejection. I'm not saying you look bad! I'm just pointing out the obvious here. For 3800 grafts it could have been a bigger improvement. I assume you will wait for the 12 month mark before making a decision on how to proceed? If your donor area allows I would for sure go back for another 3000 to 4000. I wouldn't lower your hair line any more than it is. I would simply go and ask for more density and place most of it in the frontal 1/2. I would also go to a different clinic just in case they were at fault for not achieving the best outcome. I mean why take the chance? I think if you did go back you would be very happy with the final result!

I think I'm a norwood 2 and a half(?), if that makes any sense. I'm just watching these types of videos, just in case I have to do something like this in 10 years, lol. I hope by then, something will come out that is a little less painful.

Great results! I'm going to Istanbul in 2 weeks, I going to start using The Big 5 shampoo 3 times a week, Rogaine 2 times a day every day and 1 time a week Ketozolin 2% shampoo to help the hair growing. I recommend you the same process. Good luck and thanks for sharing

The donor area was sensitive for about 1 month. The injections were okay and were not that painful but I think I have thick skin.

What is your age? No issues. Just wanna know as it has a relation to thinning of hair, not that I am interesting in you !!! Thanks.

It is not a major operation and all done by local anesthetic. It is just the dos and don't that are a bit of hassle after such as talk g medication for a week, putting lotion on for 2 weeks. No strenuous activity that naked you sweat for 1 month. Going through the shedding and ugly duckling phase. Apart from that all is good.

Craig Smith mine seems to be okay. I can brush it back wards or forwards. It probably depends how thick your hair is.

It wasn't too painful. It was uncomfortable at night lying on the donor area, but apart from that is was very straight forward.

It technically is still healing as the hair drnsity still needs to improve but after 2 weeks the scabs came off the transplant area. The donor area was sensitive for about a month.

What about that bald area in back side sir??

Apparently the crown area takes a year to grow back due to the lack of blood flow to that area. We will wait and see.

Angus- thanks for posting. I actually thought you looked good with your head buzzed! I agree with some of these other comments...not the best hair transplant. Perhaps let it go and don’t torture yourself. You looked good with it all very short!

The hardest part about watching these videos is Angus lying to himself that he likes it. Look at all the comments man. Just accept it wasn't worth the £3000 and shave it off, lessons learned.

Sorry to say this, but there is hardly any difference from before you had your surgery. I don't think you really gained much from before surgery.

I didn't have a spare £20k to goto Rooney's surgeon. I am still only three quarters the way through the recovery to full density.

Sorry brother not a good transplant ur hairline is way too high as well at angles midscalp and in the crown there is no improvement its total disaster.... U should contact them again.... Something went wrong that's y there is no improvement...

Some of the comments on here are quite baffling and very much show/highlight the lack of understanding a lot of people have in the procedure. When somebody undergoes a procedure of this nature...firstly you are never going to get a situation result where you are magically transported back to your twenties with a low hairline/full head of hair. Ideally you are looking to see an improvement on the hair prior to the surgery. 3800 grafts equates to several thousand actual hairs becauase the grafts contain either single,double or triple follicles. So in essence Angus got a pretty decent hair count for a single procedure. When you look at the 10 month result I think the surgeon has performed a worthwhile result and the hairline is sensibly positioned taking into account Angus's age etc.

Sorry dear , the density is way less than should be at this stage . I did mine in India 3 months back , 3500 graft .. I already have a good result which I didn't expect . U will need another transplant that's for sure . Sorry , hopefully I'm wrong for u . I'm also aware that results differ from person to person.

You have been robbed brother or they might have done this for free because you look same and your hairline is way up and thats a major fault which makes your hair look same and even after 5 years it will look same. Its not worth for 3000 pounds . Its not even worth if its for free standing all the pain if you had any. Maybe staying in Istanbul was nice .. no offence brother but i cant really believe you are happy if you are happy having the same amount of hair you had before with such a far hairline from your forehead.

Bad idea man and waste of money. Your head and face looks just fine without hair. Just grow a beard and shave your head and you look 10 years younger. Cheers
