@@meenakshidixit7507 I had been suffering from extreme strenuous phase of my life. I got swollen body, bad skin (even after religiously following a great regime), hollow eyes and acute hairfall. Back then, nothing worked on me..NOTHING! But as the stress has significantly reduced, I realised that the only therapy my hair, skin and body needed was peaceful mind😊

I wanna share my experience with u all may be it will be helpful. So I have been using just rosemary water spray with a little light weight oil in it along side oiling twice a week and believe me I have got new hair growth and my hair are actually thicker than before also rosemary has effect on hair colour as well so my hair are more black before I used to have black brown mix hair.. My scalp and hair line used to be thin like there were not enough hair to cover the scalp becoz of hairlfall due to stress and now with this little routine my hair are showing changes in like just 1 and half months.. and I am absolutely loving it😍 U guyz must add rosemary in ur hair oil and spary rosemary water 2 times a day that's what I do and u will see changes.. in Sha Allah🙌🏼 Best of luck to ur hair journey❤️

Both Rosemary (dried or fresh) and Fenugreek, together Or separate are the Truth, they work wonders for stronger And longer hair, I use them both. You can also make tea from this, hair masks, hair butter, and oil. I absolutely recommend it. Also, Moringa powder, Cloves, Aloe Vera, and a host of essential oils, you Can't go wrong. Most important, keep your hair Moisturized at all times. May all be well.

Best remedy for hair is the fenugreek seeds socked over night like 4 spoon full with 2 cup of water next day boil it on low fire but you have to cover the lid after boiling it put it in blender till its creamy when it gets cold add castor oil coconut oil and put it in a jar in the fridge when you want to use it take the amount your hair required in a bowl add one egg put it all over your hair and scalp leave it at least 1 hour cover your hair then wash it with shampo and you will find the difference from first time all what I need your prayer for my son ali to recover thats all what I need is your prayer

I don't believe you. Because 2 weeks are bullshit. You need Atleast 6 months and also with proper sleep

Is it necessary to boil it? I mean don't the good vitamins and minerals go away sometimes by boiling?

I'm going to try this! I avoid the rosemary oils because oil clogs hair follicles, which causes hair loss. You don't need oil in your scalp for hair growth -use that on your ends!

Hi, your hair won't get greasy, it will only absorb the nutrients as it dries. However, to prevent dryness which leads to breakage, twice a week I use the spray, a homemade oil, and hair butter to keep my hair moisturized. Moisturization is key, I hope this helps, please be well🌻.

In this case, I would first spray rosemary water on my hair, then apply rosemary oil to the hair and scalp, then rosemary cream to seal in moisture, and wear a plastic cap for an hour. My hair is now stronger and longer, I love these home remedies. I hope you find this helpful🌻🤲🏾.

I love rosemary and cloves spray on my scalp. Due to I keep my hair in a protective style all the time I found it stops my scalp from itching and I have seen a big difference in my growth rate as well. BUT of course you hair care regimen has to be on point as well.

@@hemasrinivasan9984I use it all kinds of ways. BUT mostly for a scalp treatment. Like on my wash day I use it a total of three time. I use it as a pre poo, Then I use it again on my scalp before I apply my deep conditioner. Then I use it on my scalp before I start my moisturizing routine. Then I use it twice a week and seal with an oil. I promise it helps my scalp stay healthy.... frfrfrfr

I may add the fenugreek since Rosemary alone did little to nothing for post Covid thinning. I've used it for well over a year and continue to do so but only periodically. It did stop it from falling out but regrowth is a major issue. Now the only way I feel comfortable is by wearing it up in a claw clip.

Thank God there is an alternative to fresh rosemary. If I'm going to be using just a few sprigs of a container of rosemary, the rest will just go to waste. Whenever you make a batch of this concoction, how long does it last? Do you rinse it off? How often do you apply it weekly like would daily be fine? Sorry for all the questions

Ye spray hair wash k baad ya kabhi bhi laga sakte hain. Aur ise baalon pe rehne dena hai tabhi ye fayda karta h. Ise dhone ki zarurat nhi. Mai toh ise har roz lagati hu aur ye kaam karta h. Jaise hair growth and smooth silky hair texture and less hairfall. Refrigerate karne ki zarurat nhi unless aap kisi bohot hi garam jagah mei rehte hain. Hope this helps :)

@@beautyb2360 Hi. Mai hair spray ko alag alag ingredients se bna leti hu. Jaise daal cheeni and rosemary, ya fir green tea and cloves (laung). Mostly I use green tea and cloves and spray it on my hair without washing it off. But for that, I usually let the water boil first and then add the ingredients and turn the gas off. Boiling the ingredients might take some of their natural contents away. (Par agar aap daal cheeni use kar rhe hain toh usko toh pehle overnight soak karna padega). So then I let it cool and it's ready to use. Maine toh rosemary dry hi use ki thi. But I'm sure aap fresh use kar sakte hain. That will be more beneficial. Hope it helps :) Good day!

Refrigerate same day you prepared it. You can keep the solution refrigerated for several days (as you would keep any tea or soup). You can freeze it.
