Hi I had a defective hair system and customer service is ignoring me. It’s been two weeks since I told them and they are playing dumb. When I was buying the system they always responded quickly but now that I need help they just ignore

The hair oxidizes after some time, especially if worn out in the sun, the hair colour can lighten from its original colour.

@@SamSmithVev0 purple shampoo will work on very light blonde hair systems, however I’m not sure if the lightest blonde lord hair stocks is light enough to affect it, it may need further processing before purple shampoo would be effective. I’m not sure on what you want to use purple shampoo for but all purple shampoo does is knock out yellow/brassy tones in blonde hair to a cooler/ash/whiter more neutral shade of blonde.

@@curtisfullman3694 thank you. Very informative. I think my question is more so, what are the products that can be used to slow down or even stop hair systems lightening up , and needing a toner in it?
