Today I want to share with you what I have learned about hair parting, including where to part your hair, how to part it and a few different styles of hair parts. Like I said in the video, where you part your hair makes such a big impact on the overall style, yet it's often overlooked.

"This is the middle hair part. Clearly it's not for me." Meanwhile, it looks totally gorgeous. Single dad trying to figure this stuff out for his young daughters. So yeah, I can attest that it's def useful for some people out there.

I think we have studied that there are 360 joints in human bones, this is also in Hadith of Sahih Muslim 1007, so accept Islam, and the rejectors can’t be defended from Allah.
My hair is so stubborn, it keeps falling back to my original parting.. what do i do about it :((

KookieLyrics try to shower while your hair is parted, it will then stay like that when it dries. It works for me but I don't know if it work for others///

I am a little late to the party, but I agree with Leilani, if you part your hair where you want it right after you take a shower and let it dry that way, it will be more likely to cooperate with you! Also, keep in mind that your hair grows in a certain direction so you want to work with it when you part it. Alos be mindful of where your cowlick is. 😘

Leilani Chanhpheng Nice idea, but what if I don’t want any parting? I wanna move my hair into random partings every once in a while and it stays like that. You know when you make a high ponytail and you don’t have a parting? I want my hair originally and normally like that. What do I do? :(
how do I stop my hair from returning to it's home planet?

+Christina Le You are so lucky, you know why? Because you can literally part it anywhere! 😘 I wish I didn't have one because anytime I try to part hair on the side it sticks up because I'm over directing it. My hair naturally wants to fall in the middle or a slight side part. If you have a very symmetrical face you could do a middle part. Otherwise a side part is universally flattering. 💕

Really?! I'll have to try the middle part again. Thanks for boosting my confidence! 💕
I have similar hair to yours and I am struggling with finding the right hair products to use to eliminate the tiny little hairs that stick up while parting it. If you could possible do a video on different hair products that could keep little hairs from sticking up and such that would be great, because I love the way your hair looks.
Currently debating on parting my hair towards my left like I have it now. Hard for me to tell how it looks to other people since things look different in a mirror.
Hi Yana what parting would hide broken/burnt pieces of hair in the front of your head ? I’ve had a middle part for two years and don’t like the fried pieces showing in the front. My head shape is very round. thx
I have a fairly symmetrical face (except for my freckle that's on one side lol) so for years I've been doing a middle part and it doesn't look weird on me. The only thing is I have very thick hair and as I'm growing it out it weighs down my roots so the top of my hair is flattened while the rest of my hair has volume. I'm hoping that by switching up my part it doesn't look as flat lol, my hair just has to get used to being parted differently after years of it being the same 🥴
Wow can you do a video on how you curl your hair please😍
You look gorgeous with a middle part:) I think it is better than the side one on you, try it for a while.
I’m glad I found this, I’m trying to part my hair differently these days. Sadly, my hair is too stubborn, but it’s working 😄

What about fighting different natural parts? 1. natural part is on right (going to left) 2. have circular scar on left going into hair and coming to left ear and causes hair to part (and move to right). I would like bangs to go to left and partially cover eye..... How do I get that? How do i describe to stylist for cut? (Cause bangs end up flatting out in that corner from confusion.)
what pretty blue eyes you have!!
No matter how I part my hair or how I do it I never look good. 😭 what am i supposed to do?
@yanairbe

You can always try pulling you hair back like a ponytail or a half-up ponytail. Otherwise I suggest trying a few of these and taking a picture or a video of each and seeing which one looks best on you. It’s also a matter of how you style your hair with each part. You can also try a messy part (not a stark straight one) which will be less attention-drawing. 💕

For thick hair you can part anywhere because your part is going to be thick! 💕 Just see what looks good for your face shape.
I usually do A middle part and it doesn’t look very good I did it of to the side a little and it’s still doesn’t look very good, then I did it completely to the side with volume and it came down in like 10 minuets because I have really thick hair. What should I do?
My hair is very think and I have a far parted to the left. When I put my hair in the middle ish it becomes super flat and greasy on one side sticking to my face while the other side is StickIng up while being greasy. I tried it after a shower too but no change. could u give any tips or recommendations for hair partings for thick wavy hair.
@yanairbe
5 жыл бұрын
If it sticks up on one side that usually means that it’s not used to that part. You’ll have to wear it like that for a few days for it to flatten out. If it’s thicker, it will probably take longer. Where does it normally and naturally fall?
It’s this easy omg I’m shook
When she said cow lick I smiled and laughed 😂
Can this work if your hair is kind of stiff like mine. It’s not super silky but I don’t want to keep a middle part all the time. Thank you in advance

I think let it be natural. Let the fluffy side be that way. Try to fluff it up with a hair dryer and let the other part weigh down. Just push it back your ears. You can also blow dry both sides from the bottom to create that fluffiness
@Kim-mp5wg
Жыл бұрын
@@sdaeu I haven't 'fixed' that issue in the sense that they both fall the same way now, but rather just embraced it by parting my hair more to the side with the high arch and adding in some slight layers to the flat side so that there's some volume. Keep in mind tho both sides are layered, its just i added some extra layering to the flat side since it needed that extra support to hold the volume.

Maybe your hair has a natural part that’s not meant for middle? Otherwise, it may take your hair some time to shift to the new part. I suggest parting it when it is damp and letting it dry like that. :)
Hello! I have a quick question, what if you have a squarish hairline? Do you have any tips on how to make it look more circular??
@yanairbe
5 жыл бұрын
I would definitely see how these options work for your face shape but I’d consider: middle part, deep side part, straight or side bangs. ❤️
I have really curly hair but watching hoping that it would at least help when I straighten it. I always feel like when I get my style down, it always doesn't look right because the part is off. I start manipulating it and get frizz before I can get the right part. I think I'm doing the same them the next time I do it and it doesn't look right. I have a cow lick at the top crown part of my head but I can't find it in the front! Help! Lol
The hard part is that you remember that what you see is mirrored, so when I do a side part, other people see the opposite side part 😶
