Girl the method of leave it the hell alone hair method is working for you and I could tell by how long your 2 ponytail are in the back. But looking at your scalp for me is like looking in a mirror and after I cute it all off the last time I just decided to wear wigs.

It definitely is working for my length, but my goal is def to thicken up my hair. I know some of my hairloss in the middle is just done, so I am not too shocked by that, but I am def enjoying this journey of loving my hair in all stages.

Happy Wednesday 💜 Your hair is growing nicely and getting thicker. ❤ I've been doing the litfa method, and my hair has been growing in nicely too. This spray sounds interesting 🤔 might have to check it out because you can't be outside wit yo wig smelling like corn chips..lol I know betaine helps with inflammation and energy. If you spray enough, the little bit that I sprayed lasted all day, but it wasn't strong. You had to be in my space/hair to smell it, which to me is the point. I don't want to smell too strong. As a $8.99 mist, it lasted as expected without layering.

….I have been to at least four different sites trying to find an Ingredient List for the Esha Body and Hair Mist? They all describe the “notes” like you said. A #list though, of the actual ingredients (other than the infused Betaine)…. I can’t find a list of whst it’s composed of? That’s slightly concerning👀

Here is the info from the BRIGHT MORNING box: *Alcohol, water, fragrance. propylene glycol, peg-40 hydogenated castor oil, betaine,* benzyl salicylate, citral, citronellol, coumarin, geraniol, limonene, linalool, CI 19140, CI 42090. The first 5 ingredients are the base for all, but the others may or may not be different for each perfume mist.

I would think that it should help. I take Ashwaganda….Natural enery-shot in the am. It’s disgusting, but so good for you! That Oil of orégano and a daily vitamin(One A Day Women’s)….. I feel good and ready for the day.
