I wish I had the dosh to get this done. My hair started thinning when I was 19, now aged 35 you can clearly see my shiny balding scalp, not a good look at all. I'm going to save for a monofilament wig and if I win the lottery I'll get what this lady has had done.

omg, this looks so painful, how can one wash hair after that, and what if the scalp is itchy and feels like someone is tugging all the time. and cant imagine the mainteinence part,, looks like a ridiculous procedure,

Ch k these are EXACTLY my concerns I’ve lost so much hair in the last few years and really want to do it but my head is already hot all the time and I know I’ll be itchy (very sensitive skin I break out if I use lotion!) and I’m worried that after a few nights and showers I’ll look like I have a rats nest on my head...I don’t have a straight texture...ugh...but I still dream of doing it...Maybe if I hit the lottery
