1 recipe and ingredients:
In a glass jar (500 ml), add 8 tablespoons of white rice.
4-5 bay leaves.
Add 5 cloves.
Fill the glass to the top with clean water.
Mix well and close the jar.
Leave it for 1 day.
🌿 Each of the components effectively stimulates hair growth.
After 1 day, shake the jar well and pass the mixture through a sieve.
1 small onion or 1/2 large onion.
Grate on a fine grater.
Squeeze the onion juice directly into the jar containing the rice mixture.
Add 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Mix well.
Use twice a week.
2 Recipe and ingredients:
Bay leaves - 12-13 pieces.
Grind the bay leaves into a powder.
1 teaspoon rosemary.
Pour into a clean glass.
150 ml olive oil.
Heat oil for 40 minutes.
Let cool down.
Strain the hair oil through cheesecloth.
Apply 2 times a week.
Laurel oil is applied to the hair as a mask and massaged into the scalp.
Wrap in cling film and a towel and leave on for 20 minutes.
then wash off with shampoo.
Healthy hair, thick and dense hair. No scales!!!

Каждый год собираю майскую крапиву и чистотел. Завариваю на ночь 50/50 на глаз по 3-4 небольшие веточки на 2 литра воды. Вода закипела, добавляю траву и отключаю газ. Всю ночь трава настаивается. Утром процеживаю, чуть-чуть подогреваю для опаласкивания волос. После мытья головы последнее опаласкивание - отваром. Волосы перестают опадать, отвар самый лучший природный объемный опаласкиватель. Уже какой год пользуюсь, проверено. Только трава нужна майская, сочная. Заготавливаю на год, сушу. Всем здоровья!

In video looks like steamy when added to the jar... Also, when left to rest for a day, would you specify temperature, please? One more question, for both remedies, when applied twice a week and covered as a hair mask, maybe with a shower cap, I think, how long should we keep it applied before shampooing? Thank you!

Я делаю маску в неделю раз! Репейное масло ,облепиховое ,один желток ,иногда добавляю касторовое. Все по столовой ложке, смывается хорошо из за желтка. Маска на часа два. Затем мою шампунью дважды . При ополаскивании отвар крапивы. Месяц возни и волосы стали шелковистые и густые ,как прежде. Тоже после гриппа , посыпались волосы ,проплешины были. Да,коротко постриглась. Слабые луковицы волосяные не выдерживают длинные волосы. Короче,всем здоровья и удачи.

I am in my mid 60s and have a good head of hair, but it's thinning and flattening. I have stopped dying my hair with henna 😊so now it's a salt and pepper look
