Recipe and ingredients:
🧄Peel 4-5 cloves of garlic.
Wash parsley with baking soda.
Then wash thoroughly under running water.
Chop the parsley into small pieces.
🧅Finely chop 1 onion.
100 ml olive oil.
Grind or puree the ingredients well.
🥥Add 3 tablespoons of unrefined coconut oil.
2 tablespoon mustard oil.
Place in a water bath for 40 minutes.
On low heat - The oil should not boil.
Strain the oil through a sieve or medical gauze.
Add 20 drops of vitamin E oil.
You can keep this oil in a dry place for a long time!
Apply the oil to the scalp and the entire length of the hair.
Massage the scalp with your fingers for 3-4 minutes.
Cover your hair with a hat or foil for 1 hour.
Then wash as usual. Apply 2 times a week.
Don't throw away the leftovers!
Take the leftover onions, parsley and garlic.
If your feet are swollen and sore - make this recipe!
Add 2 tablespoon olive oil.
Apply it to varicose veins or areas where your joint hurts!
Apply a thick layer of the mixture.
Then wrap the area with cling film and a towel.
Do this every night before bed and leave the compress on all night.
Wash in the morning with lukewarm water.
Apply this compress every night until the pain subsides.
❗❗❗ Do an allergy test before use! Apply to a small area on the inside of the hand and wait 30 minutes.

Hola estoy viendo desde Ciudad de Mexico.. Lo que no entiendo es porque calientas los ingredientes, es conocido que al calentar disminuyes los nutrientes y sus beneficios son menores, por eso ahora se usan los acites con extraccion en frio por ejemplo los de semilla de uva.
