Jay and Erin were people’s big ship for a good while on the show, I remember them being hyped so much and their couple hashtag trending during big episode arcs. I just don’t really enjoy when the writers plop another girl in the mix, as if a beloved character is easily replaceable, and totally giveaway at the onset that the replacement is going to be the new love interest. Like why is it everyone HAS to get with their partner when it’s male/female? Hailey’s cool, but Erin was epic too. Both things can be true.

Everything they did before and after she grabbed his arm was, as this is a total guess, not legal……..he was assaulted after being assaulted basically! He was never put under detainment nor issued any verbal command that he was being held for questioning and they never presented a warrant to search for the car they found. Hopefully somebody with a deeper un-biased (EMPHASIS ON UN-BIASED) knowledge could correct me if I am wrong.

They had no warrant they asked about his friend he have the right to refuse to answer questions and without a warrant they cant do anything. So when he walk away they don't have any right to put their hands on him. And that is a fact and a civilian do have the right to defend themselves against a police officer that is breaking the law and she was breaking the law. They all were. They had nothing on that guy and therefor can not touch him in any way!

She didn't get offended of this because she knows that they know she is able to handle herself but they are her collegues , her friends and most important they all are cops so its totally normal and nutural for them to react like that

If you are not detained or under arrest, especially in the case of running a business. You do NOT have to stand there and talk to them. Almost everything they show the police doing in this video is unlawful. The problem is the courts don't do a very good job of holding government agents accountable for breaking laws.

This would never happen in real life for starters they are not police they are trespassing commiting criminal intimidation and the moment she grabbed him she commit assault he defended himself by pushing her away all every single one of them except for the guy who defended himself would be charged handcuffed and sent directly to jail.

Ok my mistake they were cops and that makes it even worse no warrant and commit extrema police brutality their careers as cops are over they would have no choice but to resign
