No it makes sense considering the only part of Sakura that got switched to Osamu’s body is his soul, so he still has Osamu’s brain which is why he couldn’t push Suna off of him because it was Osamu’s body instinct and for Sakusa “liking” it again it was just Osamu’s body’s reaction

I agree he knew it was wrong and didn’t try to push him away before it happened and enjoyed it too knowing he’s bf was outside
