Its a meme originating from Jojos Bizarre Adventure, the song is the ending song Roundabout by Yes and people use it as a sort of "moments before disaster" cutoff. The music starts still in the episode until the episode ends on the still with a "to be continued", as mentioned this is usually used for cliffhanger endings as a meme by many people. In case you are still wondering after.... 5 months 😅
