Hello :) I love your videos so much but you forgot to add Chronic Myeloid Leukemia it is a part of chromic myeloproliferative disorders .

Could some myeloproliferative disorders be caused by visceralising Leishmania (parasites) on bone marrow? If so, shouldn’t the treatment plan include eradicating the leishmania organisms? Or would that essentially be taken care of at the same time of treating the myeloproliferative disease one has come down with?
