Hadiqa was the first singer I heard as a child, she was my introduction to the concept amd identity of a singer

Her songs were of exceptional level. It was the time of 1990s and 2000s when only 2,3 national channels aired along with very limited broadcast of singers. However she earned among the top ranks in that classical era as well and her songs are lively, meaningful and evergreen just like a worthy treasure to listen. Long live legend "Hadiqa Kiani"

I used to watch her on PTV. Also used to save money so that I could buy her albums 🙈. So relatable when she talked about Solitude💕.

One of her friend, Saba , student of sociology during her master, miss her so much. If hadiqa sister get this message then kindly contact. She is the gold medalist as well.

Watching this interview, I remember my Maa always has stressed on education and especially on us sisters´ education. I feel like that I owe a lot to my Maa that she gave me this confidence to go further in life. Loved the interview!!!

I remember meeting her in San Francisco in the late '90s where she was guest singer on the eve of Pakistan Day in Golden Gate Park. She has a pleasing personality, is very versatile, and had a promising career.
