There are 2 exits in the vent, top left at 5:19 and right has 6:08.
The left exit takes to a room, pull the lever, the right side has several ways to go to and a lever to pull in each.
After pulling all levers, you can go inside, 12:35.
Now you've to bring the monkey king.
Go back, fix the pipelines at 14:10 to wake him up.
Go back and talk to monkey king at 18:03.
